“We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations.
I spoke with Kathey the manager and asked if we could switch to another room as the fold our couch was like...

“The hotel is quite far from the freeway which was unexpected.
Our 1st stay was very nice. It is a beautiful hotel and our room was clean, beds were comfortable, the shower head was good but the pillows are very big.
We liked it well enough to book a room on our return trip.
Our room on the return trip was the same as above except the carpet was awful. This room must be for animal owners. The carpet was covered in stains both in the room and in the hallway outside the room. At least there was no...
