These two twin apartments show completely identical interior decoration except for paintings and sculptures.The only differences are the outdoor terraces and floor levels.
Casagratia 1. First floor with back side glass veranda and front terrace with stunning wiew.
Casagratia 2 Ground floor direct access on the pool from front terrace with wooden deck .
Honestly we think that describing is a matter of fantasy and opinions and points of wiew are as different and many as we all are. But pictures can speak by themselveves and we can assure you our guests opinions are that this place is much more worthy than images can show.
Paintings and sculptures by sicilian Maestro Eugenio Russo (1910-2000).
Appliances Whirlpool -Bose -Panasonic- Philips.
All indoor spaces are covered with white carpets so we kindly suggest our guests to stay barefeet for their cleaning convenience and complete comfort .
Prices are of course intended for each apartment.

Great place to stay. Close to the Main Street. Balcony and view are great. Would stay again. Pool or hot tub isn’t heated in October but was also that case for our hotels in Sicily. Highly recommend this apartment

This was truly a slice of heaven! The place was clean, well stocked and gorgeous! The view was breathtaking and the host was helpful in every way! He could not have been nicer and connected us with great restaurants and spa resources. The beds are very comfortable and we loved having on-site laundry. For those with mobility issues, there are several stairs, but it is also very close to the town and most everything is walkable. I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The pool looked beautiful, but it was too cool for us to use it since we went in early November. If I get the opportunity to go back, I would stay here! Thank you, Salvatore!

The location is fantastic and the view sublime. Very lovely accommodations. We would stay here again. Salvatore met us when we arrived by taxi from Catania, which he set us up with. Lovely driver.He is also very helpful when trying to book transportation over to Cefalu. Responded quickly to our texts and messages. What’s a great property and we didn’t want to leave.

Amazing Experience

Oasis in Taormina

What a beautiful apartment! We did not want to leave...what was more beautiful - the charming town of Taormina or this apartment overlooking the sea and coastline? Very coastal feel to the apartment and lots of very spacious areas to relax and unwind. Plus the views. Again really special. Quiet, yet steps away from the vibrant bustling town. The property is part of a big condominium complex, is gated ands safe and only minutes away from restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops. Salvatore is gracious and helpful with check in and instructions. Kitchen was great, a Nespresso machine and 2 small fridges. Both bedrooms were spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Clean furnishings and beautifully appointed. Would absolutely recommend this for a family or 2 couples.

Great experience!

The photos don’t do justice on how amazing the apartment is maintained. Great location, 2 min walk to main shops, private pool, private parking, beautiful view. The host was very informative and made check in and check out very easy.

Such a beautiful place and kind host!

The apartment could not have been more spectacular! I don't think the online pictures do it justice. We spent so much time on the veranda looking at the beautiful sea, and the pool below us. Very short walk (2 blocks to the Umberto) it is a perfect location. Everything is immaculate, would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic apartment with a view

If you want to drive to Taormina, stay there for a few days and then do day trips from there with your car, this is the perfect place to stay. Easy to access as it is right on the outskirts of the city. Salvatore made our check-in a real pleasure. It was easy to communicate with him if we had any questions. The apartment is pristine, containing everything you need and in full agreement with the listing. The view is simply amazing. That said, the overall complex needs "some love" as it might have been built a while ago. Some renos would be needed outside to make it even nicer. But overall, I highly recommend. I would gladly go back tomorrow. :-)

A Gem in Taormina

This beautiful modern apartment exceeded our expectations and Salvatore, our host, was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the large, covered veranda with comfortable furniture. It overlooked the attractive pool and had spectacular views of the sea. The apartment was attractively decorated, quiet, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-equipped and functioned well. The apartment is a short walk from the main shopping and tourist attractions in Taormina. An added bonus was the garage which made parking our auto very convenient. Upon our arrival Salvatore met us to show us around and answer our questions. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful place. The furnishings were so beautiful and the view spectacular. The beds were incredible and the unit was very well stocked with good cooking utensils , pots and pans, coffee maker etc. The location is perfect. It’s like a little oasis very close to all the action. You could park your car and walk everywhere. I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Loved it !!

Taormina Treasure

Great location! Fantastic covered terrace. We spent most of our time (when we were at the home) out on the terrace with it’s great views. We even used the pool. We loved being in that location too. Very easy walk to get into town.

May Short Break

It was fantastic from arriving on the 1st day at the apartment where we were met by Sal who showed us around the property, we were so close to the heart of taormina it was a couple of minutes walk to get to where we needed to be. There was also a carpark which was great if you hired a car. I would definatley stay at this property again

This apartment is stunning. The terrace is spectacular, the beds comfortable, the showers wonderful. I can't say enough about staying at Salvatore's apartment in Taormina. Our vacation in Taormina Sicily.

We rented this amazing property from Salvatore during the week of September 17th to 24th 2022. Our stay was fantastic. Sal was very accommodating and available to answer any questions or help with recommendations on where to eat. His 2 bedroom unit was extremely clean and very spacious. We stayed there with another couple and were extremely impressed with the size of the unit and the extra accessories that he had furnished the unit with. Washer and dryer on site was an added bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to prepare meals on site. The ensuites in both bedrooms were new and quite spacious. We used the the large patio found above the pool on a daily basis to discuss the days activities and enjoy a beverage. The unit is just outside of the busy walking area of Taormina which allowed us to enjoy some piece and quite at the end of a busy day. Thanks Sal for allowing us to rent your beautiful property to allow us to have the most enjoyable week ever. Ciao ciao

Spectacular!

This apartment was absolutely lovely in every way. First of all the apartment and the grounds are beautiful with a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool from the gorgeous balcony on the 2nd floor. The apartment was well equipped, beautifully laid out, and very comfortable. The beds were large and comfy as was the bathrooms. The location was a short walk (up a couple of small hills) to the center of town. Very accessible to anything you need. Taormina was an absolute delight and a great home base to many destinations but we also enjoyed the town, many restaurants, and the pool and local beaches. Salvatore was very accessible for any help or questions we had. Also we had our best meal ever with Salvatore’s recommended chef who came to the apartment to cook for us. We would definitely hope to stay here again if we ever return.

Perfect place to Stay in Taormina!

Perfect in every way! The place was luxurious and very clean! The pool was a plus and Salvatore was the best host you could ask for. This is the only place I will stay in Taormina when I return!
