Valley Condo 104 - Creekside - Wi-Fi - Hot Tub - Fireplace - Washer/Dryer - Pet

This great 2 bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the West end of town. This 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has a gas fireplace for your enjoyment, a washer and dryer, a front porch and balcony and there are 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St.
$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

The condo was cozy but not that clean. Found dirty rolled up blankets in closet. Hair in the bathrooms. Over all we enjoyed our selves though.

The ceiling fans were very dusty therefore we did not use them. Other than that the place was nice, the property mangers were very responsive.

Nice Trip

Overall good place to stay, but the roads to get to it were horrible and I was driving a large truck, walls paper thin when someone is next to you in the same complex, and some minor things could be updated. However, it was a nice end condo next to a park, nice little stream went through the property and very close to town yet away from all the noise of the town. Shuttle service was great, office manager was outstanding, and the hot tubs are nice to relax.

Nice place, but needs an update.

Nice enough place, but could use an upgrade. Also the pullout couch was very uncomfortable. The value of it is hard to beat.

Weekend getaway

Overall it was nice. Place was nice and clean it would of got 5 stars instead of 4 for cleanliness but there was animal hair on blankets for the couch and dog poop outside our porch and old cigarette butts on balcony. Place was nice and cozy on the inside maybe one day update the bed in the bedroom with the balcony it made a lot of noise you can hear tossing and turning throughout the condo and some of the floor squeaked in the condo. But It was overall great and we will stay here again.

Vacation Getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for! It had all we needed for our stay and we enjoyed every minute of Red River and all it had to offer. The only thing I missed and would offer is possibly some blankets for the downstairs living room. It was chilly in the mornings and would have been nice to have a throw blanket to wrap up in watching tv. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back again!
