Valley Condo 112 - Creekside - Wi-Fi - Hot Tub - Fireplace - Washer/Dryer - Play

This great 2 bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. This 2 bedroom/1.75 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features 3 TVs and 3 DVD Players. This unit also offers books, family games, and DVDs for your enjoyment. Large front porch and a large balcony off Master Bedroom with beautiful views of Pioneer Creek. It also has a gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience. There are also 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. We are near the ski area and fishing in the summer. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St. There is also a free town Trolley service available to take you around town.
$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

It was a good stay. Property was as advertised and was close to town. The only issues I had were the parking areas being unimproved, it’s a rough ride in and out. There is no onsite management on the weekends so if you need towels, toilet paper, etc., you’re out of luck until Monday. We enjoyed the place though and would stay there again.

The house was okay just a little dark. Couldn’t see much of a view from the house. Wasn’t anything to do. We were there between the winter and summer.we did get some work done, and relaxed.

Nice place to stay

Mostly well maintained although there was a board missing on the lower board walk to the unit (trip hazard). Even though we don't have children, the advertised play area was underwhelming - basically a swing set. Onsite property manager was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us.

Cozy condo

Short drive into town/lifts. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Close location to community grill and hot tubs. Happy that this unit is pet friendly, our mini golden doodle enjoyed her stay. Property manager was quick to respond. Would stay here again. Nice size for our family of 4. Thanks!

Great place

The condo was clean and nicely appointed with everything needed for cooking. Nice cool breeze with the windows open was perfect. Fan above bed was noisy...and bed a little unsturdy for the business that needs to happen in there.. 😂 just put a pillow behind the headboard...my goodness.

Perfect set up and location!

This was the perfect location for our 4 day stay in Red River! The playground was perfect for our little one and the river was so accessible for our family to be able to fish.
