“The manager over at the hotel is very rude! Terrible attitude. Also I was booked for 2 weeks and only stayed a week. I paid from June 19th- July 3rd. I left on June 26th she was trying to get me to pay additional 510.00 on June 26th I was asking questions and she was getting a attitude she took and told me I had to vacate, she also put a no trust passing on me. “My Family and I had a great time. The staff was excellent. Dwayne, the chef was awesome. He was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious- breakfast and dinner. We appreciated food cooked to order... Plus we enjoyed talking with Dwayne. We always look forward to seeing him whenever we book at Hilton Gardens Solomons.”

“The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean.”

“The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee.”
