Bathroom: broken soap holder, no shelf. Tea making area: no sink Bedroom: no power points or lights for single beds The room was no smoking but the man upstairs on the balcony smoked continuously and it wafted into our room. This place is obviously being renovated but it is rough and needs a lot of work.

For a quick overnight stay, a place to rest our heads, it was good. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the river. The motel was a bit rundown and could use a bit of TLC. Fresh paint on the walls, new carpet, new cupboard doors etc. It felt dirty because of the worn out walls and floors but the beds and bathroom were well cleaned. There were a few loud disturbances from other guests or tenants during the evening, but despite that, it wasn’t bad for the purpose of giving us a bed for the night.

The owner is very nice, the facilities are old but clean in a quiet area, but room sound insulation is poor, can hear the snoring from other residental room and footsteps from the top room

Check in process was very easy. We were arriving after hr, so a quick check-in/payment was made over the phone. Check-out was b4 hr, so just dropped the key in the box outside reception. Quick and hassle free

On our particular visit street traffic was noisy and patrons in 2 units got drunk, loud and fighting it was not the managers fault but we didnt feel safe and nothing was done to stop the situation.

Place is convenient for a waypoint on a road trip, and you get what you get for a price that says you should have expectations accordingly for shopping at the bottom end of the price list. Neighbours exist, are colorful, sometimes loud, and all of the times right to be co-existing with the property. Service was good, room was solid, large for the price, clean and set up for the overnight stay you need halfway through a roadtrip.

The hotel was very dirty and smelled musty. Problems with electrical in room, carpet was badly in need of replacement, curtains had mould stains on them. Don’t stay here.

Do not stay here. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything. Spend an extra 15 dollars and stay at a different motor inn

The bed and River view was the only good thing. The room was putrid. Mould everywhere, dust everywhere, insects in all light fittings, no continental breakfast as promised, restaurant closed, room not serviced daily, Rusty fridge, dirty tray with the coffee cups on, fingerprints on wine glasses, coffee stains on walls, filthy curtains, stained couch, broken dining chair, dirty and sticky dining table, vanity had not been cleaned, lolly bags provided for sanitary use, crumpled bags used to house unmatched knives and forks, pool was green, no Foxtel or AusStar as advertised, dirty carpet, smeared windows and mirrors, rude staff if they were ever present NEVER AGAIN

Extremely uncomfortable with amenities and neighbouring guests. Our room had sticky carpet, lights and tv remote control weren’t working. There was a stain on the bed blanket. Facilities were run down, overpriced. Expected more for the price. Checked out within 5 minutes of checking in.

Although it’s an older style hotel, the rooms are large and spacious. brick walls makes it quiet and there is a great view of the river. Parking was easy.

Appears that there are permanent residents there. They fought all night amongst themselves complete with Abusive yelling all night and finally police were called to intervene. Got very little sleep additionally because threats were made by permanent residents when I was locking my car that I must have thought they were thieves and going to steal my things etc. Overall a very uncomfortable experience.Will not be back

The room was disgusting dirty and carpet was putrid. Outside was terrible dirty. We checked out after an hour and moved to another motel. No refund was offered. Would not stay or recommend to anyone. Stay clear of it when booking.

Thanks for your comments and feedback This is a budget and old motel, but we are going to starts renovation soon. After 4 hours of stay and using room, no motel going to offer refund. During check in time we did not received any complain. Most welcome next time with resonoble rate with better room,

The owners of this motel are rude, unprofessional and have no interest in keeping their customers happy. When I asked to reschedule my booking due to a simple error with dates when I booked only a couple hours earlier I was told they had no vacancies for the following night, my money was lost and that was it. Which was rude enough but when I could see not only did they still have vacancies available online for the following night even the next day they never booked out. So my trip was ruined for no other reason than bad customer service. I would not recommend this motel to anyone

Very spacious rooms with a very convenient breakfast provided which was perfect for us as we were travelling and just passing through. Rooms are a little noisy though, especially the taps/showers - you can hear screeching from other rooms. Lovely views of the river also.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower good. The property is need of attention and at one point would have been a thriving business. Soft furnishings good and facilities in room more than acceptable. Just replace carpets, curtains and attend to garden and this property would be lifted to a new level. A clean and comfortable stay but needs some investment.
