“The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage.”

“When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. ”

“I enjoyed my stay rooms are very clean comfortable bed pool and hot was good also buffet was breakfast was good staff very nice check in was easy and fast ”

“From the moment we checked in we were greeted by Judith. She was calm, sweet and very helpful. For the entire stay she always had a smile on her face. Made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and the hotel bar had a great vibe. The only drawback was our room was on the backside of the hotel and the view was of a cemetery. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Hôtel au top ! Nous avons réservé une chambre Deluxe avec un très grand lit pour 6 nuits lors de notre séjour découverte à New York à deux, et nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse, avec un grand lit et une grande télévision. La chambre ainsi que l’ensemble de l’hôtel étaient très propres et bien entretenus, avec un service de ménage quotidien. Le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux. L’hôtel dispose également d’une petite salle de sport très agréable...
