“The patio hadn't been cleaned ,dirty socks,dirty nappy on ground outside in the bushes , decomposed so been there awhile . The double bed on rollers kept moving , had to push it against wall to stop it. The bed was very hard . Single bed didn't have a very a decent doonna on very light weight , so even with aircon on the bed and room was cold .Shower was very light on water and very hard to regulate and so very close to toilet so very little room to move in there”

“Room good but we thought there could have been a water leak in the bathroom.”

“Everything was perfect except they only gave me two towels…so no face washer or bath mat…I’m sure it was just a once off error 👍”

“I have stayed at this accommodation twice now in both the family style joining rooms and the executive suite. Both times have well and truly met our requirements. I wish the staff were a little more open to conversation rather than short abrupt answers to questions which can come off as rude. I do believe the staff genuinely want to help no matter how short their responses are. I will definitely stay again.”

“Needs a modern upgrade to catch up with times.. Also the buffet breakfast was way to expensive for what was available ”
