“Nice cabin away from everything. Wish there was wifi but if you want to disconnect from the wood this is the place. Only downfall wasn't as close to the lake as I'd had hoped but overall nice property owner very clean and nice cabin. Many board games to play to stay entertained”

“Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.”

“We stayed for 2 days. Brought steaks and other goodies to grill. We enjoyed the view from the deck. We refilled the hummingbird feeder and enjoyed the many visitors. We've never heard a hummingbird chirp! It was a nice quiet getaway to reset and recharge. We'll be back next time we want a quiet getaway.”

“It’s a good thing they invented GPS, or we would have never found White Oaks Cabins. It’s located off some back country roads in a very peaceful and serene area, far removed from the stereotypes of Indiana flatness. Our cabin was warm and cozy and we especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in front porch in the evening, listening to the sounds of nature. Despite its seeming isolation, it’s only a few miles from a nice restaurant (Lucas Oil Clubhouse) and a grocery (Jaycee’s) in the town of...

“This is our second visit to this cabin with our grandchildren. The pictures don’t do it justice! The seclusion, abundance of wildlife, amenities in the impeccably clean cabin and close proximity to Patoka Lake, French Lick, and Wilstem Safari make for the best memories. The host’s thoughtfulness is felt throughout the cabin. You’ll be eager to visit in every season!”

“We were extremely happy with this rental - the cabin was clean and the giant screened in front porch with three big nice rocking chairs was perfect and where we spent much of our time. The sheets and blankets were of higher quality than usually see at cabin rentals and this made everyone have really great nights of sleep! The location is gorgeous with beautiful hills and nature around. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again if in the area, loved it!”

“Excellent vacation spot . But if you’re going to ride motorcycles you might want to reconsider this location unless you are very experienced riders! One mile of loose rocks on gravel road and a very steep hill up and down! Other than that it’s awesome!”
