Updated and desirable end unit. Clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops. Kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances and everything that you need to cook, bake, etc. Living room with slider overlooks a tranquil wooded view from balcony. Walk-in closet in master bedroom. Well managed condo with amenities of swimming pool, grilling areas, and generous guest parking.

CONVENIENT LOCATION: This unit is ideal for traveling professionals who need an extended stay, relocating families, or anyone needing a comfortable, move-in-ready home without the hassle of furnishing. It's a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel for those traveling to the area for work or pleasure. The unit is located in between Boston and Cape Cod. It's ~38 miles to Boston and ~28 miles to Onset Beach (a village in Wareham, the Gateway to Cape Cod). In the Taunton, MA area great for commuters ~3 miles to the MBTA Fall River/New Bedford Line, which provides service to South Station in Boston. A few miles from Morton Hospital. Close to restaurants, shopping, gym, and easy access to highways.

FEATURES:
All rooms fully furnished and equipped with everything you need! Just bring your suitcases because it is like staying at a hotel, except much roomier, nicer, and less expensive too. Truly perfect hotel alternative for long stays! Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: Electric, Heat, A/C, WiFi, and Water. TVs and Rokus are provided for you to allow you to bring your own streaming plans. Washers and dryers are conveniently located at the bottom floor of the building. A/C units are provided in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom (in between these rooms) has a large portable fan.

PARKING: Assigned parking spot right outside building.

POOL: Steps away from refreshing outdoor salt water pool. Guests may enjoy the association pool during their stay. Please note that the pool is not staffed with a lifeguard, and guests use the pool at their own risk. Adult supervision is absolutely required, and guests are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their stay.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking of any kind inside the unit, on balcony, or in building. No pets allowed. Must comply with all written condo policies that apply to all residents and guests.

CHILDREN: This home features some delicate furnishings and is not yet child-proofed. For this reason, it may not be suitable for infants or young children. We welcome responsible guests who will treat the home and its contents with care. This property includes stairs and a balcony. Families with young children should use appropriate supervision. There is no lifeguard at the association pool.

LEASE TERMS:
Flexible lease options available (does not have to be in exactly 1 month increments). Licensed real estate agent manages the required screening and written lease. Please try to book in advance to allow real estate professional ample time to follow established processes and complete lease paperwork. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
