Stayed one night at Great Lake motel. At check in the receptionist insisted we had not paid for the room yet. So we paid. Upon investigation I had paid previously. Now we had paid twice. I approached reception later she told me she would sort it out with her manager. 3 emails later with receipts attached, a phone call, no response or resolution. Extremely poor customer service and communication. The motels in a great location. This was just a very disappointing experience we had.
