“Fabulously retro vibe in the units, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We did not bring our dog but having seen the grassed area at the back of our unit we will do so next time. A great set up!”

“My accomodation was cancelled and i had paid full prior. The manager tried to help with a solution but it took some back and forth communication to get a solution at the end. Ameneties in the room was not fully stocked. Room smelt strange. Dirty windows Will not be back.”

“Staff were great, helpful. We loved the proximity to the lake and enjoyed a walk and cycle along the lake front and to Huka Falls. The rooms are in need of some up dating.”

“We’ve previously stayed at the Grandeur Thermal Spa Resort in a Chalet room and it was great! This time we booked a studio room and it was disappointing to what we had stayed in previously. It had everything you need in a studio room. But it was “run down” or “tired” compared to previously. The bathroom in particular was in need of some TLC. Overall it was a place to sleep, and it worked for what we needed for one night.”
