Bay Front casa con una magnifica vista

Situato a Islamorada, la capitale della pesca del mondo, questa casa è nascosto in una zona tranquilla sul lato della baia. Il cortile è costituito da una spiaggia privata, barbecue personalizzato pit, e un lungo molo con una magnifica vista sulla baia della Florida. Vi è ampio spazio e profondità di attraccare diverse imbarcazioni nel caso si abbia qualsiasi azienda. Potrete godere di suggestivi tramonti a ridosso della fine del molo con una bella brezza fresca dell'oceano. Durante il giorno afferrare una canna e mulinello e gettare in una linea a ridosso della banchina, o saltare e afferrare un aragosta immerso nelle rocce sottostanti.
Se il surf è troppo per voi per gestire la casa è a pochi minuti dal famoso Tiki Bar. Se si vuole andare salto più raffinato in barca o in auto e la testa verso Mile Marker 88, un mezzo miglio di distanza. Ristoranti e bar fantastici abbondano, garantito non deludere.
La casa è dotata di Internet ad alta velocità accessibile in tutta la casa con cavo e HDTV in modo da non dovete preoccuparvi di perdere il vostro gioco preferito squadra.
Tutti i bagni sono stati recentemente aggiornati con mattonelle di marmo e nuovi infissi freschi. La camera da letto è arredata con un letto king size e ha una grande cabina armadio e un bagno padronale con una stanza di polvere separata. La camera al piano superiore è composta da due letti singoli.
Nel soggiorno e camera familiare ci sono un sacco di divani solo in caso la zona notte diventano troppo angusti. Appena fuori il soggiorno e sala da pranzo c'è un grande proiettati in veranda per il relax e la lettura. C'è una bella terrazza appena fuori dalla veranda riparata che corre lungo la casa per la cattura di alcune razze.
Al piano inferiore si trova una suite privata con un letto matrimoniale e un futon full (comodo materasso primavera) insieme con il proprio bagno privato. Appena fuori la suite è un barbecue pit personalizzato pronto per cuocere il vostro pescato del giorno.

Great place with amazing views

We enjoyed the house and it's location! Sunsets were to die for! The set up outside was amazing. The only thing that would have made it a 10/10 would have been if our dog could have been with us but otherwise this was a great place to stay!

Amazing Oceanfront Vacation

Pictures don’t do this place justice! We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces and only went inside to sleep and shower…but even showers were sometimes outside in the great outdoor shower! The kids loved snorkeling, fishing, and exploring the beach. We rented kayaks on our last day and that was a hit, too. The views and privacy are phenomenal and the outdoor kitchen/tv area was our absolute favorite. We saw nurse sharks, sting rays, harmless jellyfish, parrotfish, crabs, angelfish, and so much more!! The only issue we had was that the washing machine didn’t work. I reached out to the property manager multiple times through text and VRBO messaging and never heard back. It is rare to not hear a peep from a manager, so I’m not sure the phone number is accurate. It may just need to be updated but our issue wasn’t a major one, so no worries. The house has everything you could possibly need with plenty of room for large families. My in laws enjoyed the downstairs suite that walks right out to the dock and beach area. It is separate from the main house which worked fine for us but could be helpful to know for families. We can’t recommend this house enough and will definitely stay there again if we are back in the Tavenier/Islamorada area!

Islamorada Retreat

This was our second family Thanksgiving at this property. It is an ideal place to relax, recreate, enjoy the beauty of the Keys, and to enjoy the many opportunities available on the Keys such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming with the dolphins, visiting Key West to name a few. Grant is a very responsive host.

Another Great Stay

We came for the third year in a row and had another week of great memories enabled by a home that has so much to offer in a location that provides some of the best sunsets you will ever see. Thanks Grant for offering you house as a VRBO - we have memories that will last a lifetime!

Great house and location!

We didn’t leave the house very much. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing! The fishing is good off the dock, there’s a friendly family of manatees that come around, crabs, lobsters etc. My husband caught a string ray…he had a fight to get him in.

A wonderful house

This was a family trip, with grandparents, parents, and two teenagers. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We rented a boat and loved spending time on the water and relaxing on the dock. The teens especially liked the paddle boards. The house is nicely furnished and ideally located.

Yes you will like it, a lot

Great house, grounds & dock for us 3 guys and our rented boat. The pictures are good but it is even nicer than that. Very handy location too. Private but everything within 5 minutes. We had a little problem with the A/C and Grant did everything humanly possible to make it right.

Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway

Our family of 4 couldn't have been more satisfied. There was room for at least 4 more people, 40 if you wanted to host a party. The house is better than the description. The appliances are new, countertops are granite, showers are amazing, A/C works very well (smart thermostat) and the home is fully stocked with brand name everything from toilet paper to laundry detergent to spices. There is a charcoal grill and a 3 burner Weber gas grill. When we arrived there was a partial tank of propane and an empty one. We grilled several times and there was still propane in the original tank. We replaced the empty one so the next group to enjoy this property wouldn't have to worry about propane. The owners have placed rocks and large diameter PVC under the end of the dock which provides a great place for lobsters, crabs, and fish to live. A night light provides a true aquarium experience. Even during the day while snorkeling there is an abundance of marine life to see. There are 2 sups and an inflatable kayak and several fishing poles available. The outdoor lighting at night is awesome and the sunset views from the dock are picture perfect. A crew of 3 came thru Monday morning to blow the leaves off the astro turf and rake the beach area. The neighborhood is quiet and the walkers we encountered were friendly. This is truely a wonderful place to stay while exploring the Keys. Thank you Grant!

Great place

This is a great property for a family with older children, or two or three couples. Really nice property with private beach. The dock is a fun place to hang out but the outdoor bar area is even better with shade from the sun and it has a large screen tv with a fridge for all your beverages. AC works great and the kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor grill worked great. When we got there the beach had a lot of sea vegetation washed up and the owner had someone clean it up and bring extra beach towels right away. Also two SUP boards that we used. We would stay there again!

Amazing!!!

Stayed here a year ago and loved it so much we came back again this year. There were substantial improvements made to the property which made it even better, especially with the outdoor kitchen, bar, tv. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you need. We rented a boat this time and loved the floating dock which we were able to tie up to for the week. Great snorkeling, fishing, and paddleboarding location. You won't be disappointed in this property. Thank you Grant!

This is a lovely property, which is well equipped and located in a very nice area. The fishing was very good and the house has a canoe and paddle boards. Great for swimming and sunsets. There is a good beach nearby at Founders Park, and many good restaurants. The owner, Grant, was very helpful and answered any questions. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Great

We had a great stay in December 2021, The whole family came for Christmas to New Years. Beautiful Home, completely furnished and with a very well equipped kitchen. The dock for my boat was perfect and the outdoor living space was outstanding. Viewed a great sunset from the dock each evening. This property did not disappoint and we cannot wait to come back.
