This Beautifully designed 1 bedroom, 2 bath corner suite in Ocean Pointe Suites; a private gated community nestled on the Atlantic's Edge, is located on the 3rd floor in Building 5, featuring beautiful ocean views from the living room, kitchen and porch.

Everything you could want for your Florida Keys vacation is here!



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in The Keys.

There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.

Limit 2 cars per condo.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat my home as if it was your own.



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED

Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
