  • Una volta entrato nel cortile recintato, sei arrivato in paradiso !! Benvenuti in questa tenuta privata sull'oceano. Al piano superiore, ci sono 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni e al piano inferiore 1 camera da letto grande e 1 bagno. Rilassati a bordo piscina, che viene riscaldato in inverno, mentre i bambini giocano nella sabbia. O fare una passeggiata sul molo 350 '. Sentiti libero di pescare dal molo o semplicemente saltare nell'oceano Atlantico per rinfrescarti. Ci sono 2 kayak che puoi usare se ti senti avventuroso. Inoltre, c'è un tavolo da ping-pong.

The property inside and out was incredibly clean. The host and property manager were very easy to work with. The pool was clean and well kept, temperature was excellent. Would highly recommend anyone to stay especially if they are looking for an excellent ocean side stay.

This is an awesome house. Everything you need is right there. Heated pool, beach, dock and incredible view. We loved it and would stay again. A week was not enough.

Nice house and lovely heated pool and long dock for fishing. Both Shanie and JP (care taker) were easy to contact and responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week at this home. The home is exactly as the listing describes. The setting is private; we hardly saw another person the whole week. The house was well cleaned and cared for. We did have a couple of maintenance issues when we first arrived, and the host attended to them immediately. If you like to fish or to see fish, there were often many surrounding the dock. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pre-trip and during-trip communication was exceptional.

What a great house in a perfect location. The pool, private pier, beach and outdoor entertainment area are enough to stay busy all day. Great kitchen with sweeping views.

The property and scenery are beautiful . The location is ideal as it is a short drive to Founders Park and to many nice restaurants . Our 13 year-old son loves to fish. He was able to catch numerous different types of fish from the 300 foot pier . The property manager is very helpful and responsive. I would say that this property is hard to beat if you are looking for an oceanfront property in the Florida Keys . It is a good value for what you get .

We had the best week at Shanie's lovely house! Location is even prettier in person!! The pool was always warm and clean, thanks to JP. We would definitely visit again.

We found the entire home and grounds extremely clean and well maintained. Location was great for morning sunrises and private beach access. Communications with check-in were timely and very easy. We even received a call on our way to the property to help us with our arrival. Thanks so much for the included amenities of two grills, ping pong table, toys, heated pool and two kayaks. Our only regret was that we didn't book a longer stay. We hope to come back.

Our family has stayed here several times. The property is great and the fishing is fabulous. It’s our home away from home once a year. I enjoy preparing family meals in the updated kitchen. All the tools are available. The maintenance staff are great and respond quickly if needed The peacocks come to visit daily hoping you left a crumb. We can’t wait to visit next year.

If you are comfortable staying at a home that was partially renovated approximately 10 years ago (as cheaply as possible) and where you get the bare minimum of everything (TP, paper towels, towels, etc.), then this could be the place for you. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever rented and stayed, but it’s not even middle of the road. On the plus side, the host (JP) was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Spring Break Getaway

The pictures while accurate, can’t do justice for the beauty of this property! Views, breezes, and all the accommodations you need for an incredible getaway. We had a wonderful week - pool was perfect and the area was a great location to get to all we needed for a memorable week with fun activities and delicious meals. Highly recommend!

It was a great time together as a family, This beautiful property offers a wide variety of entertainment, beautiful pool for the young ones, Private never ending pier for those that love fishing. Amazing spring break

We had a fantastic vacation! It was like our own little resort! The house and pool were perfect. The view and the dock were amazing. We saw turtles, manatee, lobster, fish, birds and stingray! The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
