  • Inspired by @williamJones I went down to south Florida. I also went down to visit family :D. Granted, I had to capture a few landscapes along the way. I left Atlanta at 3:30 PM and got into Key Largo at 3:00 AM. Slept for a couple hours in my car and went in search of a sunrise. I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. That was interesting.

HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE OF CONTACTING US. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE BEACH UMBRELLA WAS MISSING THE PART THAT GOES IN TO THE SAND. WE HAD A GREAT TIME,CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our short relaxing vacation at the Serenity in the Sun condo. The communication from the get go was timely. The home is beautifully decorated and supplied with plenty of kitchen dishes/utensils. Beds are comfortable and the entire unit was clean. The complex was enjoyable. We spent most of our time at the pool, but also used the tennis courts and walked to the beach/pier. We enjoyed different restaurants in the area at the owners recommendation. We would certainly return!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay here! This was a great value to accommodate 4 adults in bedrooms and 2 kids on the pull-out couch. The condo was true to the photos--lovely, peaceful decor and comfortable accommodations. The whole family enjoyed the pool. It was never crowded and family-friendly. Kids enjoyed exploring along the pier and beach area. The only drawback was there wasn't a comfortable table we could all sit around for cards or board games, but we made do with the coffee table. Not a bad trade-off at all! We could tell the hosts really worked hard to ensure guests' needs are met and their service was outstanding when it came to one maintenance issue. Would stay here again!

Family Wedding Weekend

We had an amazing time at ocean pointe! My sister got married a few miles down the road and the entire wedding rented condos at ocean point. We all had an amazing time but i think our condo was one of the better ones. We have a 1 1/2 year old so it was amazingly convenient to have a pack and play, toys, a highchair and a pack and play. The condo had everything we needed. The beach area was small but it was perfect for us with our young baby. The pool was nice and big and the pool bar was great as well. I would 100% stay here again.

Ocean view condo

The condo was lovely. We could see the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, including a coffee setup. Beds and linens were great. Master bath was clean with little extras. Guest bathroom toilet took time to refill between flushes. The listing was accurate, however the Vrbo search engine indicated that the condo was 32 miles from the Everglades NP. That distance is as the crow flies. It is actually 44 miles from the closest entrance, and 1 hour away.Would recommend this booking, but not for the Everglades NP.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung super schön eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber! Auch Kommunikation mit den Hosts super. Viele Gute Tips und klare Anweisungen für alles.Der Strand hat uns leider nicht so angesprochen. Flach und viele Steine. Aber alles sehr gut in den Keys gelegen.Abzüge gibt es für die Platform FEWO direkt. Unser Host wollte Emailadressen von Anbietern von Aktivitäten mit uns teilen, diese wurden a los durch die Platform geblockt. Ausser kommt es zu Verzögerungen beim Nachrichtenschreiben. So war keine gute Kommunikation möglich da es immer mehrere Minuten gedauert hat, bis eine Nachricht ankam.Nochmal herzlichen Dank an die Hosts!

Great stay in the Keys

Property and condo had everything we were looking for and more. Owners were very attentive to all questions, even offered to find a place for us to stay longer if needed due to south Florida fires that may have impeded our travel home. Wonderful!

Great stay

Condo was perfect for our stay. Check in was a bit slow, but not a huge deal. The pool area was beautiful. The tiki bar was up and running and made good drinks. The restaurant / bar was also open and the bartender was super cool. We appreciate the opportunity to rent the space and highly recommend the condo.

Absolutely wonderful

We had an amazing stay and were so impressed. The condo was as described and such a gorgeous place. Amaing view and the area is so quiet which we appreciated as we needed a break from our hectic day-to-day normal. The property is well kept, pool, beach, and tennis courts all nice additions. We hope to stay again some day!

The condo was clean, tidy and has been wonderfully decorated. Fabulous view and the extras in the bathroom particularly (nail file, hair ties, etc) was such a nice touch and a huge surprise! Our only complaint has absolutely NOTHING to do with the condo or the owner but rather other guests who smoked pot from their decks and the odor wafted into our unit. We have absolutely nothing against those that partake, but a little bit of consideration would have been nice.

Best Rental Ever!

This property was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, updated, and very well appointed with so many little thoughtful details... jars of bobby pins, hair ties, cotton balls, Q-tips, games, outdoor equipment, a great supply of towels... the list goes on....Great communication from Denise. Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Lovely accommodations, comfortable beds, gorgeous view, stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. My wife and sister-in-law couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was in the condo. Highly recommend.

Beautiful beach condo

Their beach home is so adorable, very nicely decorated and clean. It had everything we needed for comfort. Love the heated pool and hot tub ! We enjoyed our time in the Florida Keys , we went swimming, scuba diving, drove from one end to the other, what a beautiful place, I did not want to come home !
