The Space:
The open plan living, dining room and kitchen leads onto a large, wrap around balcony. The large and sunny balcony is the main feature of the property, accessed from all the rooms with beautiful sea views, furnished with comfortable sun loungers, seating and dining furniture.

The new and modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is air conditioning throughout, cable TV, washing machine and free wi-fi.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is set in a privileged holiday location just a short walk to the Porto de Mós beach. The complex features a shared outdoor pool for adults and children, Jacuzzi and gym.

The apartment is near golf courses (Boavista golf course, approx. 3km’s) and the city center .

A car is recommended to get around but there is a mini-market within walking distance and excellent restaurants on the beach - approx. 8 minutes walk.

The center of Lagos is approx. 20 minutes’ walk and offers all the amenities needed, including supermarkets, shops, fish and grocery markets, innumerous restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife activity, marina and the beautiful promenade along the river and city center with amazing views of the sea and coastline.

Supermercado Eureka – Rua Santa Casa da Misericórdia - 9 mins – 750m (400m straight ahead after the roundabout, on the left)

Other Things to Note:
Taxi fares are reasonable and the local bus, called ‘Onda’, operates during the day and stops at different intervals (depending on the time of year), by the mini-market or the beach.
