Less is more .. less distractions and more peace more rest more time to reflect and create anew! I would highly recommend and would come back here. Btw, owners are very responsive- I had no issues! ”

“We actually loved the cabin itself, and the creek flowing in the back, and the backyard was phenomenal. Communication with the owner was very good. We had one or two difficult issues, which were solved after we left. The biggest issue was that it was very far out, 35 minutes minimum to Boone, and whenever a car or truck drove by the dust if it had not rained or was pretty bad. But we love the property, and our two labradors loved the creek! Overall, it was a lovely stay.”

“Our stay was amazing! Beautiful views from this cozy home nestled right in the side of the mountain. We spent the days hiking and the evening recovering in the hot tub. The little restaurant at the entrance was very good and convenient and the staff were great! Would love to come back with our pups!”

“The home is beautiful! The creek was absolutely amazing! Water rafts available to float down the river and explore. Plenty of lawn chairs provided! Check in was a breeze. Essentials available in kitchen. Bring your own bottled water to drink, cook with, use for ice and coffee. The water is safe but has a well water smell. Susan, the property manager, is SO fun! Visit Hidden Gems . It's close enough to walk to. It’s definitely hidden so watch for signs. You will park on the side of the road. ”

“Nice getaway for a couple. We needed peace and quiet and thats what we got. Cell service is terrible. It has wifi but most of the weekend it was out. We just gave our adult kids house phone number in case of emergency. We celebrated our 31st anniversary just relaxing and only going out for dinner. Very clean and easy check in.”
