“When I booked my reservation, I knew this was an economy hotel therefore, my expectations weren't high. However, this place was substandard, even for and economy motel.
To start with, the clerk at check in was bored. While she was polite, it was obvious that she would have preferred to be someplace else.
When I checked into my room, I noticed there were no coat hangers on the rack. While I didn't really mind, because I didn't need them, to me it was a basic sign of neglect.
