“If you are looking for a place where you don't get any services other than house cleaning. Then you will be happy here. I like the rooms and I stayed mostly during the week so it was quite which I like. It's cold time of year so I didn't try the pools because they are both out doors. Parking is for one vehicle per room and they are not allowed pet's which is on the website. The reception was closed alot so if you needed assistance it's not helpful. I was happy doing my own thing though.”

“Wish we had read the reviews. We probably wouldn't have booked. Definitely not value for money. No real amenities, not even a bar of soap in our ensuite room. No tv, pretty much a bed and towels. Water was lukewarm in shower and we were worried it was going to flood until hubby used his foot as a plunger for drain . Pub music only played till 11pm thank goodness.”

“This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again.”
