“We needed somewhere close to UoW for the Open Day, and this was the closest, reasonable priced property. It was a bit tricky finding the driveway in the dark (without satnav shouting directions) and at first I was a bit wary of the immediate area, BUT this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. “This property should be taken off stayz as the property is rented to permanment tenant we were not imformed that we could not stay there and had to pay to stay at a hotel we didtry to contact host numerous times and only got there message bank which we left messages on and we wish to get a refund of the total amout we paid for the property Unhappy customers”

“Property is fine. I did have to ask for details on how to get in on the day we were due to arrive but we received them in plenty of time before we checked in. The road noise is loud. I'd go prepared with earplugs if you're not used to being that close to traffic normally! Not something the owner can change but something to note when traveling with kids or elderly like I was.”

“We stayed here with our 2 kiddos ages 10 & 12. It was clean and cute and the kids were totally blown away by the experience of staying in a hobbit house! It definitely has a motel vibe, and the kitchenette is small, but there were some decorating touches that really added to the hobbit feel. The owners provided space heaters that were really nice to have, but the bunk room definitely developed a musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of. “We were happy with most things, but please have a firm word with your cleaner about keeping the bathroom area hygienically clean, checking the drains regularly. And for future reference, please leave a full carton of milk in the fridge instead of an almost empty carton. Everything else passed the test though, Thankyou Ash.”
