“Room was very small and quite dirty, sheets didn’t look that clean. Shower didn’t work very well. For an emergency stay it’s fine but otherwise I’d suggest looking elsewhere. It’s a pub rather than a hotel and parking is a bit dodgy. Wouldn’t stay there again”

“Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away.”

“Room was nice and clean, but very very hot, might’ve considered leaving the windows open to ‘air’ the room a little TV ok but tucked up in the corner of the room, maybe an angled TV bracket rather than a flush wall mounted one. Very basic Kettle and very small, needed to be boiled twice to make 2 decent cups of tea Something to possibly consider, get slightly better tea/coffee making facilities and other bits & bobs in the room (table lamps etc) would’ve made what was a nice stay a more...

“The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water.”

“Als je na een lange reis in de bloedhitte eindelijk aankomt bij een hotel, verwacht je op zijn minst dat je vriendelijk en met aandacht wordt ontvangen. Niet dat er ondertussen druk op de telefoon berichtjes worden getypt. Ik bedoel... wat is nu 5 minuutjes even met onverdeelde aandacht je gasten ontvangen? De kamer was bloedheet, maar daar kan niemand iets aandoen. Het tapijt is goor evenals het hoofdeind van het bed. Badkamer was prima en netjes en ruim, niets op aan te merken.”

“This was a very nice hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious and comfortable. The staff was always available and eager to help. It’s a fantastic place, and I will definitely stay here again.”
