“Pros: - Very modern structure; - Room's large and clean; - Kind staff. Cons: - Restaurant has only junk food; - Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth. The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”

Purtroppo ci è capitato dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, gridavano, sbattevano le porte, ridevano, piangevano e questo sin dalle 6h e la sera. Dopo una settimana abbiamo chiesto che ci veniva cambiata la camera. Tuttavia l'hotel è rumoroso ogni chiusura di porte corrisponde come a un tuono. “I payed for 2 nights I expect the facilities to work there was no hot water the whole stay I'm not been funny but I'd like some sort of refund I wasn't able to have a wash,bath or shower in 2 days why are u taking bookings if u know there's no hot water ”

“We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”
