    Luxurious, fully updated inside and fully equipped with everything needed to host long or short term stays. 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3 living areas, two dining areas. Sleeps 21 in beds plus 5 comfy sleeping pads. EV charging station located in the garage.

Comfortable and clean. An AC problem quickly resolved. Sport court and equipment were well used and scooter trails were great for the younger cousins. Tuesday was very smoky from nearby fires so didn’t go out to Capital Reef or mountain. There was plenty of room for inside games and watching World Cup games. All in all was a good experience.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of things to do for all interests and ages. There are lots of places to sleep, visit and hang out.

Our stay was fantastic! 14 adults, ranging in age from 25 to 80. Very clean and organized, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everyone commented on how well stocked the kitchen was for meals in. Loved the dining room table which seats 10, and the kitchen table, seating 5. The sport court and trampoline got a lot of use before and after hiking—so convenient to Capitol Reef. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return to the property. Highly recommend!

Girls trip

House was perfect for our girls trip weekend. It is very well organized with a lot of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and easy to navigate. Views are stunning!! I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing vacation. 6 adults and 5 children, 9 and under. It had everything we needed! Great distance from the park. We would definitely stay there again.

They had everything we needed! The kids were easily entertained the entire time with differant amenities so the adults can either sit and visit, play card games, or use the sports court!

So many thoughtful amenities. Was a lovely place for our family reunion. Seriously felt like every time we said " I wonder if they have..." They had it. Was so great. And seriously couldn't beat the view.

Great stay in Wayne County!

This house was super clean and had plenty of bedding and linens for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well, and there was ample seating for meals. We do wish there was a larger gathering place for everyone to sit together, but other than that, the house was perfection!

Perfect for family reunion

Clean house, fun yard with trampoline, sports court, and scooter paths. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So close to Capitol Reef-the scenery is amazing! So glad we found this gem!

This place was perfect! It fit all 15 of us very comfortably (we didn’t even use up all the possible sleep options) and had so many amenities. The kids ranging age 1-13 all found things to do and stayed very entertained. They had things I forgot to pack, like a child highchair/booster for the table and a Nintendo Switch. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. I definitely recommend if you are going to Capitol Reef with a large extended family.

Two thumbs up for this newly renovated Teasdale house

We loved our stay in Teasdale at this newly renovated place. The sports court was a hit, especially with the teens, and we appreciated the extra entertainment it provided. This is in a great location to visit Capitol Reef National Park! It was my first time visiting the park and we thoroughly enjoyed hiking the surrounding area and exploring the beautiful scenery. The place is as described and fit our group of 15 perfectly. LOVED it!

Great location, great home.

We all were going to an event at Capital Reef National Park and we had a larger group. This home was perfect for what we needed. Only 15-20 minutes from the Park and the home was comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for in a stay like this. The host was responsive and communicated quickly. Thank you!

Highly Recommend- Big Group friendly

Close to Capital Reef. The sport court was perfect for every one of all ages - we enjoyed playing basketball and pickleball at night. Making s’mores and in foil dinners. House had everything you could desire and was well stocked. Owners replied to messages quickly and were early to work with. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, Clean and super fun!

This beautiful property Close to the entrance of the national park was such a joy to stay at! It was comfortable and clean and the sport court was wonderful! The kitchen was very well equipped. The owners were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with! We had such a great time! it was definitely a five star experience. The only reason I rated one item as a four-star was that when I put a filter on for a hot tub, this property came up, but it turned out to be the jetted tub in the master bedroom instead of a hot tub. Everything else was perfect, and I would highly recommend this property!
