“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

“All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. ”

“The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.”

I reached out to the front desk, explained the situation, and they responded immediately without hesitation or making me uncomfortable. “I slept well here and the staff was very helpful! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee! In the evenings there was a nice wine and cheese hour from 5-6. This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!”

“Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property ”
