“There is No parking. There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off.”

“Helpful and cheerful staff. Fun Pineapple theme. Clean rooms. Great location to Light Rail and UW. Would have liked more hooks and a shelf or even a storage basket under the sink in the bathroom. Didn’t have a good surface to put my toiletries. There was a “surprise” amenity charge of $69 when we got there. Didn’t use any of the amenities.”

“Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it!”

“Pros: the beds and bedding are soft, the rooms are large. The drink voucher thing is cool and the restaurant has a decent breakfast though insanely pricey. Cons: The staff made it a complete nuisance that I wanted to extend my stay by a day, making it literally impossible to do so! Extremely frustrating. The pool is about the size of a hot tub and has a ton of pool toys, but it literally anyone else is using it there’s no space.”
