“I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

“This is a really bad hotel the pictures don’t show what you get for your money the rooms are really tiny with no windows or fresh air it’s a prison cell and smaller of damp we had to move straight away ”

“Good points: Clean room Great location Great Facilities, kitchenette with equipped with fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, pans and utensils Comfortable bed Not so good points: Unfortunately was rather noisy as faces onto to a reasonably busy road. Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place. ”
