“Great boutique hotel and great service. We were provided with an upgrade. The fron desk staff/host was wonderful. Unfirtinatley, i fprgot his name. He was very attentive and pleasant. They are lucky to have him. ”

Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. ”

“We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu. “Hotel in una posizione comoda e vicino al mare, di fronte a un parco molto carino e tranquillo. Personale gentilissimo e camera spaziosa, peccato solo per la posizione in un semi interrato. Ci siamo trovati però così bene che potremmo sicuramente pensare di tornare!”

“Small (single) room but cozy and clean. It also offers every kind of amenities: from coffee machine, to kettle, to iron to bathrobe and slippers. The position is perfect: not far from the beach and easy to reach with the bus from the station. ”

“L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione in pieno centro città, in pochi minuti si raggiungono il famoso Pier, le spiagge, il Royal Pavilion e le zone dello shopping. Ovviamente la zona è piena di ristoranti e pub. L’unico neo per chi viaggia in macchina è la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio, soprattutto nei fine settimana”

Despite some technical issues beyond their control I got a call to advise me, to offer me an alternative room with a sea view and 50% refund for any inconvenience. Excellent customer service and relaxed vibe - my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our bedtime cocktail in the cocktail bar too - I can recommend the expresso martini!”

“Although my room was at the side of the building, you still had a good view of the sea front. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for a single. There is a night club but the noise was minimal. A good pair of headphones sorts that out! Staff were beyond friendly. All in all, good value for money.”
