“Impossible to have total darkness at night, which was frustrating, but the biggest problem was not being able to leave the room because the lock jammed. It took the owner almost 15 minutes, using a selection of keys, before we could literally escape. It was utterly impossible to leave by any other means, given the height of our room, which suggests that something desperately needs to be done about this in case of fire or other emergency.
