“Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things:
1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to.
2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day.
3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome.
4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal.
5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity.

“Hôtel au milieu des rizières et au calme. L’accueil est parfait. La villa sur 2 étages est luxueuse et magnifique au dessus d’une rizière. La piscine est superbe Par contre quelques remarques concernant le logement: la salle de bain du bas était inondée après chaque douche et la salle de bain du haut était directement ouverte sur l’extérieur ce qui à la base n’était pas voulu (absence de porte). L’hôtel a aussi un bon service de taxi.”

“This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing.
I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.”

“Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. ”
