Costa Teguise: Villa privata di 101mq su piscina privata di 144 lotti, 3beds / 2bathrooms tutti riformati.
La sistemazione interna è distribuita su un unico piano ed è composta da un ingresso, un salotto-sala da pranzo su due livelli ben proporzionato, una cucina indipendente, un bagno, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con armadi a muro e la camera matrimoniale con bagno en-suite .
Il salotto si apre sul giardino sul retro e sulla piscina. Nella parte anteriore della casa c'è un parcheggio fuori strada.
Questa villa è situata in una stradina privata. Il prezzo di vendita include mobili. Si trova in una zona residenziale di Costa Teguise, ma a breve distanza da tutte le strutture di Costa Teguise, tra cui spiagge, negozi, ristoranti ecc.

È situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Las Cucharas.

Hai una pergola sulla terrazza privata, 6 più a lungo per rilassarsi.
Hai un posto speciale dove puoi entrare direttamente dalla spiaggia per mettere le cose e questa zona è anche per la lavatrice.
la strada isla de Lobo è raggiungibile prendendo una svolta a sinistra dalla strada principale negli appartamenti Ficus e poi subito a destra. Si consiglia un'auto non essenziale, per godersi l'isola attraente.
Sebbene la Villa sia adatta per persone anziane o su sedia a rotelle, va notato che c'è un gradino tra la sala da pranzo e l'area salotto, quindi è necessario fare attenzione.

The property was in a very peaceful location yet within very close walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was very well equipped and comfortable and clean, and there was a very generous welcome package. Outside they were plenty of sunbeds to relax on and a nice pool.

Lovely villa for a family- loads of space and everything we could need supplied. Great location for town and beaches. We had some issues with plumbing when we were there but Martine was very responsive. We appreciated the heated pool- great size, maybe even a little hotter? Overall a great place. We would stay again.

The villa is in a quiet culdesac but only 10 minutes stroll from shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is well equipped, clean with a lovely pool. Martine (the owner) always responded quickly to any questions, even before we booked. Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back soon.

Had everything you need, clean, comfortable beds, 15 min walk to front, beautiful outdoor area with heated pool. Good communication with host. Only slight concern, in the description of villa it says air con, no Aircon just fans but wasn't a problem for us

Villa in quiet area but within easy reach of supermarket,restaurants,bars etc. Lovely heated pool a bonus in March so we used it everyday. Martine the owner was very helpful and responded to any communication quickly

We had a brilliant stress free time for 11 nights. Nice heated pool for the older chap!. The rest of the family visited twice with plenty of space for all 13 of us and the grandkids loved the pool too. Martine was very very easy to get along with and will certainly stay there again ASAP.

We've just come back from a wonderful two week stay at Villa Acoran. The villa was just perfect and had everything we needed (and the pool was gorgeous!). Martine was lovely and so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions we had. And even bought us some supplies so we didnt go hungry on our first evening as we were arriving super late. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and Martine to anyone looking to stay at Costa Teguise. Thank you Martine (and to Viviana and Roberto!)

Just spent a week @ Villa Acoran 21st to 28th nov, Beautiful villa everything you could possibly need like home from home very clean, Spacious. Hosts Martine and Olivier very friendly always on hand if needed nothing to much trouble. Hope to stay again in the future. Jackie and Steve Sheffield.

The owner Martine was an absolute gem of a host. If there were any problems (couldn't work the TV 😂) she was literally a phone call away, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very comfortable and perfect for a family. My only negative, which is more of a suggestion, non slip tiles or slip mats around the pool. I have a 7 year old and we know how excited kids get!! I will definitely recommend this villa and we as a family hope to return soon. Thanks Martine for a fabulous stay!!

We all had a great stay at the villa Acoran. Nice quiet location and pool, all shops,restaurants and beach only a 10 minute walk away. The villa has everything you need and was clean and tidy. British tv programs were a bonus for the little ones ( cbb's) while preparing meals. Martine was very welcoming and easy to get in touch with should you need to. Overall would definitely stay again.

The villa is colourfully and tastefully furnished, I´d say the best we have visited. In cool nights you may need the radiators which luckily are stored in a closet. The pool is big enough. The paintings on the walls surrounding it are elegant.

We stayed as a couple with our two twenty year old girls. The villa was very clean and well presented. We were met by the owner and shown around the villa and all items explained even when the bin location was over looked she made sure she contacted us with its location. The villa is on a really quite cul de sac with off road parking. The walled garden provided the peace and quite we were looking for. But just a small walk and we were in to the shops and a bar area. The villa is well equipped and easy to maintain and find your way around the heated pool was a god send when the wind was up and brought the temperature down. The sun beds and seating outside was very good and also having WiFi with two young girls was a brilliant. So a fantastic villa and a great stay we will be back thanks for your help. Charlie

This gem is a great place to stay. The location is perfect for all amenities and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. It's easy to work out the bus routes and the taxis are cheap. Lots of local restaurants and shops. Plenty of tours to chose so that you can see this interesting and unique island. Lanzarote has a lot to offer and stands out from the crowd amongst its rivals because of its history and the work of Cesar Manrique. The owners are delightful and respond promptly to any need. They even took us to the airport at the end of our stay. We were at the villa for 4 weeks and for two of these my husband worked using the reliable wi-fi. Also we had family and friends come to stay for 3 of the weeks, the maid quickly cleaned and prepared clean beds and towels each time. Because we stayed during February we paid for the pool to be heated the whole time which meant it was at a comfortable 23 degrees during our stay. It was also cleaned professionally each week. Having a private pool was definitely a bonus. We felt very secure at this villa, the owners have done everything possible to ensure the property is secure. Also, there is a safe box fitted, and key safe. We loved staying at Acoran and would not hesitate to return as soon as we are able.
