Las Caletas is located in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The villa was ok with plenty of space but you could tell it was late in the season as a lot of the facilities were broken or poor quality or not available. The communication with the villa manager was the worst I have ever experienced. After multiple messages, they did not reply to our request to replace the broken outdoor furniture, replace the torn and broken curtains or help with the WiFi. Alongside these issues, there was no cleaning equipment such a floor brush so we couldn’t keep the spaces clean after use and some of the crockery was chipped so not ideal at all. The only redeeming point was that the villa was a good size, in a great location and had a good pool. We would not go back due to the poor customer service and lack of contact from the property manager but also there seemed to be a total lack of care in the property and for the people who stayed there.

Really nice property. Would go again.Great outdoor area with plenty of room to catch the sun but also plenty of areas to retreat to the shade. Pool is a welcome place to cool down. Plenty of seating and sunbeds, plus a nice outdoor BBQ with sink and prep area.Indoors, again plenty of space. Good sized beds. Fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities. Pool table was a nice option too.Location is very decent, didn't hear much from neighbors. Supermarket 3-4 minute walk away. Bus Stop/Taxi only a 5 minute walk away (and next to a bar) for the short hop to Teguise Square and all the restaurants and bars there.

Fantastic Villa, great amount of space. We were a family of five with 3 teenagers. Pool was excellent and was cleaned twice during our 10day stay.Recommend hiring a car to save on taxis and buses. It is such a good location to get onto any of the main roads to explore the island.Just to note showers aren't very powerful and the hot water takes a while to come through.Communciation with the mangement compnay was very repsonsive, and any issues were immediately resolved.Would definitely recommend to families with teenager's
