Attico con splendida vista sull'oceano

Attico al piano superiore all'interno del resort recintato. Splendida vista sul mare, con vista sulla piscina. Recentemente ristrutturato secondo standard elevati. Due camere da letto (ognuna con bagno privato), soggiorno con cucina a vista e terrazza. Wi-Fi ad alta velocità in fibra e TV intelligente.

Il resort ha accesso diretto al "paseo" (passeggiata oceanica pedonale). La spiaggia più vicina (Playa Bastian) è a 500 metri lungo il paseo. Vicino a negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus per il centro di Costa Teguise e Arrecife.

La camera matrimoniale ha un bagno privato con vasca / doccia. La camera doppia ha un bagno privato con doccia. Armadi a muro sono disponibili in entrambe le camere. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di frigorifero, freezer, lavello, fornello elettrico, forno, microonde, tostapane, posate, stoviglie, lavatrice e tutti gli utensili necessari.

Il soggiorno ha un divano, una smart TV con una vasta selezione di canali internazionali e un tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie. Un terzo puff pieghevole è disponibile per un quinto ospite, adatto a bambini o adolescenti. La terrazza ha un tavolo da pranzo per 4 sedie e una zona relax con un divano da giardino per 4 persone.

Gli ospiti sono invitati ad utilizzare la splendida piscina del resort, con ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti, disponibili in base all'ordine di arrivo. La piscina ha una sezione per bambini, con acque poco profonde, e una piscina per adulti, con acque più profonde. C'è anche un bar a bordo piscina carino e amichevole, che offre cibo e bevande.

L'appartamento è vicino a negozi, supermercati e ristoranti (a circa 200 metri).

Playa Bastian è a circa 250 metri di distanza, lungo la passerella pedonale dell'oceano (il paseo), direttamente accessibile dal resort.

Il centro di Costa Teguise è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal resort, raggiungibile anche lungo il paseo. Altrimenti una fermata dell'autobus è proprio fuori dal resort e può essere utilizzata per raggiungere il centro di Costa Teguise, Arrecife e Puerto del Carmen.

Una fermata dei taxi è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla proprietà.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Great views of the sunrise over the sea. The pool is quiet and its a fairly short walk along the seafront to the centre.Apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything we need.

Apartment very clean and spacious, had all youd need for self-catering. Beds comfortable, nice showers, always had hot water. Great to have a washing machine. Lovely big balcony with dining and seating areas. Aircon in living area and fans for bedrooms. Large shared pool kept clean everyday, enough beds when we stayed. Good access to local shops and restaurants, 20min walk or 5 min bus ride to centre. Regular buses from right outside complex. Quick comms with owner. Great stay.

Lovely Apartment

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Clean and well appointed. Pool area was well kept, not overly busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. Communication with the owner was excellent. Apartment was a little further from the town than we had anticipated - about 15/20 minute walk.The complex is very secure with gates entry to the main road and also to the seaside walkway. Having only one set of keys was a little restrictive but we managed to make it work and were together as a family most of the time. I would return again but take more comfortable shoes!

Great apartment

Really good apartment, the photos don't do it justice! Very large balcony with sea view. Was well equipped and comfortable. Only minor point was that pool area was not hosed down, although pool itself was clean. Still 5 stars!

What a sunrise

Fab apartment overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Quiet pool in the complex. Good restaurants nearby or 20 min walk to Costa Teguise centre along the coastal path. Been to Teguise a few times and this is my favorite apartment by far.

Fantastic

Thanks Helen for a great stay at your apartment and all of the information provided in advance. The Apartment is well located with lots of bars/restaurants a nearby and a short walk into the Costa Teguise Square. Plenty of facilities available within Helen's apartment so that you wouldn't need to go out if you didn't want to and a supermarket around 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend Helen's apartment for a comfortable stay in Costa Teguise Thanks again 😊

Fabulous apartment

This was my third stay in the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Helen is an excellent host with very good communication with guests. The apartment is on a quiet complex within a walking distance of town along the paseo and opposite a bus stop. The apartment is well appointed for a pleasant and comfortable stay and the double balcony is fabulous for watching the sun rise each morning. Thank you Helen for another wonderful stay in Costa Teguise.

Great apartment, great view, lovely resort.

Great apartment, comfortable beds nice and bathroom. Excellent view from the balcony and swimming pool. The pool is well look after and clean, not too busy either. We found the resort to be just the right size , lots of great restaurants and bars and not too expensive. We would stay again 👍

First Time in Lanzarote

Had a lovely stay in this apartment and the host Helen was lovely. Exactly as listed. Pool was lovely and no trouble getting a sun lounger. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and bus stop right outside apartment complex. Nice walk into town on a night and a €3 taxi home. Would recommend Dolmen and Havana 6 for a nice meal and cheap drinks at Chispas in the square.

Winter break

This was my second extended stay at the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. As I stayed for just over a month, the apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal as it's right by the paseo for lovely walks and right opposite the bus stop for exploring the island. The complex is quiet with plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Helen is an excellent host with excellent communication before and during the holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay in Costa Teguise.

September get away

After a false start due to my wife breaking her wrist we finally made the trip to Costa Teguise in September. Helen was very understanding and re-arranged the trip as requested. Helen was a great help throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was a short walk into the centre of CT and the nightly walk to the restaurant was a pleasure. The apartment had everything required to make a very pleasurable holiday and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Uns gefiel der großzügige Balkon mit toller Aussicht, die modern eingerichtete Küche, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert, der Empfang durch Valeska herzlich. Viele Dinge zeigten, dass Helen, eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, für den Gast mitgedacht hatte: so standen Getränke und Kekse zum Empfang bereit, im Schrank Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und andere Kleinigkeiten. Bemerkenswert auch der große Pool, in dem man herrlich ungestört seine Bahnen schwimmen konnte. Überhaupt war es in der Anlage und in der Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Fabulous winter stay.

I stayed for over four weeks at Helen's apartment and was very happy. Helen was very efficient at responding to my questions and reassured me in these Covid travel times. The apartment is very well located with the paseo outside the gates and the local bus stop directly across the road. The apartment has all the facilities required for an extended stay and was very much my 'home from home' in Lanzarote. The balcony is fabulous and I regularly enjoyed my morning cuppa watching the sun rise. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to explore the lovely island of Lanzarote.

Top floor apartment with pool and ocean views. Huge balcony where we spent many relaxing sunny hours. Good selection of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. Use VRBO as our 1st choice these days. Good value for money especially if you can get a cheap flight.

Ein fantastisches Appartement

Die Eigentümerin Helen ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie beantwortete vorab per Mail alle unsere Fragen detailgenau. Wir durften am letzten Tag auch bis 15 Uhr im App. bleiben, da unser Flug erst um 18.20 ging. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür, Helen! Das Appartement ist wirklich genau so schön wie beschrieben. Es hat eine hervorrragende Ausstattung und bei unserer Ankunft waren im Kühlschrank Getränke und ein paar Kekse und Chips standen auch bereit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es waren Gewürze, Salz, Zucker usw. da, an Kochutensilien alles, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und apettitlich. Die Betten waren auch gut und das vom Schlafzimmer aus gelegene Bad super. Es waren Fläschchen mit Shampoo und Duschbad abgefüllt, ein Fön war vorhanden und alles war bis in die kleinste Ecke blitzeblank. Der Traum war natürlich die Aussicht! Am Frühstückstisch sitzen und den Pool, die Palmen und das Meer genießen...Herz, was willst Du mehr?! Veruska, die uns das App. übergab und auch auscheckte, ist ebenfalls eine sehr nette Person, die nicht weit entfernt wohnt und die man auch bei Bedarf kontaktieren konnte. Wir waren allerdings vollkommen zufrieden und so gab es nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hatten. Wir können das App. zu 100% weiter empfehlen! Danke Helen und danke Veruska.
