Questa bellissima villa con 3 camere da letto si trova nel famoso villaggio di Nazaret, vicino alla vecchia capitale di Teguise. È disponibile la connessione wi-fi gratuita. L'ampio alloggio comprende soggiorno-sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto principale en-suite con due ulteriori camere a due letti e bagno con doccia. All'esterno, la terrazza ha tavolo e sedie ed è disponibile un barbecue - perfetto per cenare all'aperto. La terrazza conduce all'area della piscina a cui si accede da un cancello con serratura. La piscina è di 6m x 3m e ci sono sedie a sdraio molto confortevoli disponibili. La piscina è riscaldata dal sole e l'area della piscina è totalmente privata. Nazaret è un posto tranquillo e pacifico. Ci sono bar e ristoranti disponibili a Teguise che dista circa 2 km. Disponibile anche in affitto con la Villa o separatamente, 1 camera da letto con bagno privato. The Best place we have ever stayed

We cannot thank Kim & Brian enough for letting us stay in the beautiful Villa Ann for Christmas 2024. The Villa is in an amazing rural location with incredible views and is the perfect retreat for anyone needing rest and relaxation. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a great TV package in a comfortable lounge, great Kitchen and beds that are so comfortable that some mornings I didn't want to get out.The pool area is beautiful and very private, a little sun trap to relax in.Kim & Brian are wonderful hosts, they are so attentive but totally unobtrusive, I feel as though we have made good friends for life.We look forward to a return visit

Comfortable villa in peaceful location

This was our second visit to Villa Ann. We had a wonderfully relaxing week in peace and quiet. Kim and Brian are lovely hosts, available but not intrusive. The villa is comfortable and well equipped and is located quietly. The whole island is in easy reach, and the roads are wonderful, no potholes here! We will undoubtedly be back.

Great Second Visit!

Our second visit to Villa Ann and we did not regret it. Location is really good with good access over the whole island. You really couldn't ask for nicer hosts than Kim & Brian, they are both super friendly and couldn't be more helpful when needed. Thank you!

Would happily return

Would I stay here again: Yes. Location is a bit of a double edged sword in that it is quiet, secluded and geographically great to get around the island which we did a number of times with some great reccos from Brian and Kim. If you want somewhere you can walk to for bars and restaurants then its 25 min walk uphill to Teguise which is more than doable, but maybe not for everyone. The property is spacious and the pool area is enclosed for your exclusive use and is a great space. Added bonus of full English tv which may not be a priority for some, but an easy way to relax in the evening if you've decided to stay in. All in all a great stay and thanks to both Brian and Kim for being so helpful and accommodating

Great Place!

A really nice rental that is ideally located for exploring the whole island. The villa it self is bright, airy, well equipped and very comfortable. Kim and Brian were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. As others have mentioned, they also leave a very good welcome pack! Thank you!

Post Covid Heaven!

A superb ‘welcome pack’ and personal greeting from Kim and Brian. Such a well equipped home, we wanted for nothing. And beach towels included! The private pool was a marvellous bonus. Great for early morning swim or evening cool-down. The view out to the sea and volcanic hills, dotted with little oases of white buildings and greenery- so soothing. Our hosts know the island very well and their recommendations for sites, beaches and food added to our fun. A well/situated, tranquil retreat.

Voyage de noce inoubliable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Kim et Bryan pour notre voyage de noce. Tout était parfait, Bryan nous a très agréablement accueilli. La piscine chauffée est parfaite, complètement privative avec une porte qui isole complètement. Nous n'avions pas envie de repartir aussi bien par la maison en elle même que par l'île de Lanzarote qui regorge de beaux lieux et qui est porteuse de sérénité. Merci à Kim et Bryan, au plaisir de revenir chez vous et sur l'île. A très bientôt j'espère. Patrick et Aliénor

Fantastic Villa

We had a great time at Villa Ann. Kim and Brian are excellent hosts, they gave us a very warm welcome and they are lovely! We had everything we needed. The location is very good, peaceful, quiet, beautiful views, the pool is very nice and the water has a nice temperature. We felt like home and we highly recommend this Villa. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Kim and Brian! We are looking forward to go back again anytime soon!

Super

Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles super funktioniert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist genügend abgelegen um nicht komplett chaos zu sein aber trotzdem zentral genug damit man nicht alleine ist und gute verbindungen hat. Auf jeden fall empfehlenswert!

Great place for a quiet stay in Lanzarote

After years of staying in resorts on visits to our favourite Canadian Island, we decided to try a villa away from the resorts. Villa Ann is in a great central location near Teguise, so everywhere is within easy reach. The villa itself has everything you could want, including a private heated pool, and, as other reviews have said, owners Brian and Kim are a lovely couple who can't do enough to help. We will definitely try to book on our next visit.

The property is owned by a lovely English couple, who meet you and leave you with a lovely welcome pack. They live locally and have an office adjacent the property, so you will see them about but are not intrusive. Wonderful property for a family on the heart of the island. Lovely if you want a pool, but are worried about your kids trying to swim unsupervised. The pool at this villa is in a separate, lockable patio area, that you can secure when adults want to go indoors, to make sure the little ones don’t sneak back. Lovely and clean. The master bedroom has a lovely en-suite. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds, and share a master shower room. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need for cooking or a barbecue. There’s a local supermarket, restaurant/bar and it’s a great location to travel around the island from. I recommend you visit Puerto Calero, which is really nice and go whale and dolphin watching with ‘Sea Safaris’.

Perfect central location to explore Lanzarote

A great place to explore the island from with it's central location. The villa is ideal for between 2 and 6 people, either friends or family. The villa is well equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and on-hand for arrival and then any help/advise you may need. Communication during the booking/payment process was excellent. The pool is a "nice to have" and a great way to relax after a busy day. We used Villa Ann as a base for a walking holiday but if beaches is your thing, these are only a 15min drive away. The welcome pack gets you going with food and drink for your immediate needs including sandwiches, snacks, milk and other essentials together with a bottle of fizz and some beer. There is good wifi and TV/stereo and an iPod dock.

situation idéale !

situation idéale pour visiter l'île, ses sites touristiques en 30 min maxi et les plages de costa teguise (notammment el jabillo pleine de poissons) à 15 min max ! sans parler de teguise à 2 min ville blanche magnifique. ceci dans un calme incroyable. maison confortable avec piscine privée sécurisée et billard vue volcan pour l'apéro ! idéale pour famille avec enfants. parking privatif. le tout complété par l'accueil bienveillant et toujours discret de Kim et Bryan.

The property is lovely, comfortable and with all you need for your stay. The "welcome pack" was a very nice touch to get us started after a long day travelling. Off road parking, and the owners not far away to answer any questions or help if needed. :)

Erg Vriendelijke ontvangst door gastvrouw/gastheer Kim en Brian met zelfs gevulde koelkast voor eerste benodigdheden! Aandacht voor kinderen en zeer prettige communicatie. Meteen bereikbaar bij vragen. Zeer fijn verblijf, huis netjes in orde, schoon en voorzien van badhanddoeken. Goed bereikbaar en centraal gelegen. Heerlijk zwembad privé gebruik. Locale winkel / Supermarkt op loopafstand met uitstekende openingstijden. Zeer aan te raden vakantiehuis/bestemming. Kim and Brian thanks for everything!

The house is well furnished and equiped, its situation is perfect to visit the island, and it is also very quiete, so perfect for a nice, restful week of holidays. La maison est spacieuse, nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine mais aussi le billard ! Elle est bien située au centre de l'île dans le joli coin de Nazaret pour pouvoir rayonner tout autour. Hôte très sympatique et le panier d'accueil est apprécié. Endroit à recommander !

Absolutely beautiful

From the moment we arrived till we left, we felt at home. Kim and Brian are on hand to deal with anything. Pool was used everyday even when it was raining. Welcome pack was outstanding. Can't say anything negative about our stay, won't be long till we are back I hope.

A pleasant quiet week in this delightful villa

This Villa was exactly as described, well equipped,clean and well furnished. The weather was typical Jan in Lanzarote with some sunny days when we took advantage of the excellent, very private, pool terrace. It was very ( untypically) cold at night but the portable gas heater helped to keep us warm.The wifi was good. Nazaret is an ideal base for daily trips to any part of the island, the local supermarket had everything we needed, the welcome pack was superb , even Gluten free for my Celiac wife! The only negative was the satellite TV signal which on Sky Sports and Sky Movies was frustratingly intermittent making the movies particularly difficult to follow! It was worse on HD and since returning I have read of similar problems in other Lanzarote Villas that are assisted by turning off the wi if whilst watching sat TV . Malcolm and Sarah

A relaxing and Trouble free stay

My wife and I stayed in Villa Ann for two weeks in November. The villa is situated in Nazaret, which is a quiet village situated in the middle of the island some 2Km south of Teguise . The Villa itself has a small enclosed pool and is well and thoughtfully fitted out. A comfortable home from home. You will need a car but the central location makes it easy to reach any part of the island. The nearest beach is about a ten minute drive. A major plus for us was the way in which we were welcomed by the owners Kim and Brian. We could not have had more caring and considerate hosts. I have no hesitation in recommending this venue.
