Come enjoy this one-level villa with a sunny pool to dip in the warm Israeli summer days and a huge private garden. It’ll be your home away from home.



The home is fully equipped for all your vacation needs and wants.



The Space:

Located in the quiet Kfar Shmaryahu area. 15 min walk from the beach in Herzliya Pituach. 5 min drive to the best beach in the area.



We use luxury linens and towels, and soaps by L'occitane.



With an option for a club member only private beach access.

Guest Access:

The property includes a secure, reinforced safe room (Mamad) available for use during emergencies.



Other Things to Note:

*The guest must supply a photo of the entry slip (B2 SLIP) before the check in, in order to avoid a VAT charge of 18%.

* On Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays - Municipality garbage clearance

**As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 10,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
