We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in a peaceful residential area of Telde, one of Gran Canaria's oldest and most charming towns. Guests will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and essential services nearby, while the town centre offers traditional Canarian architecture, local markets, and a relaxed atmosphere away from the busier tourist resorts.

Thanks to its convenient location, the property is an excellent base for exploring the island. Beautiful beaches such as Melenara, Salinetas, and Playa de La Garita are just a short drive away, while Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the airport, and many of the island's main attractions can be reached in around 15–20 minutes by car.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop to C. Grande, 10, 35215 Telde, Las Palmas, España is La Mediania (served by lines L54, L56, L80, L90), which is about a 23‑minute walk from the property.

Gran Canaria Airport (Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, LPA) is the closest major airport, and it’s about a 14‑minute drive from the property by car.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.
