Welcome to The Mill Barns, a beautifully converted barn, set in the heart of the rural village of Poynton, Shropshire. With traditional oak beams and stylish modern comforts, this home is perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to escape to the countryside.

The barn features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cosy living room where you can relax after a day exploring the Shropshire hills.

With under-floor heating throughout, you can be sure to be kept warm during your stay, and we also have a large wood burning stove to cosy-up in front of as a focal point of the sitting room - please do bring your own logs.

We have a large smart LED TV with streaming channels (Netflix, Amazon) and BBCi-player / ITVx live TV app availability.

The WiFi is fast from STARLINK (around 150mbps) so it's great for anyone with any work commitments, whilst staying with us.

For the 'foodies', enjoy modern kitchen amenities with an abundance of high quality Neff appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer plus double oven. More than enough to rustle up some tasty meals.

The barn comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 king size bedrooms. Both light and spacious bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, with fresh linens and plenty of storage space.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire barn. Free parking is available on site for up to 3 cars.

Located in the friendly village of Poynton, Shropshire, The Mill Barns is the perfect base to explore local pubs, scenic walking trails, and charming market towns. Whether you’re after a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a countryside escape, this barn offers everything you would wish for.

Guests will have the use of the whole barn to themselves, including the rear patio space

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
