Perfect for families, groups of friends, corporate stays, relocations, and extended visits, the property comfortably sleeps 13 guests, with room for up to 15 when using the sofa bed.

When booking the Whole House, you have exclusive use of both the main house and the loft. No other guests will be staying onsite during your visit.
Please note that the property normally operates as two separate units, so you may see signage referring to the “Main House” or “Loft”—but during your stay, the entire space is for your private use only.
• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. • Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. • No unregistered guests allowed • Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume • Please make sure to lock the doors and windows • Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. • A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. • Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible • If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
Consumables
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a shop and 24 hour garage a few minutes walk away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
