“Awesome staff”

“We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,...

“The hotel is perfectly situated next to the gondola and the staff are super helpful. Hotel room was huge and clean. They service the rooms daily and everything is in walking distance, but not right where the hustle and bustle is.The parking is a little funky, but if you buy parking, you can park underground, in the garage. We had an F150, so it was tight, but doable. Fabulous place to stay. We were there is Spring, but I can only imagine it's even better in the winter. There is a restaurant on...
