“great, clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms (we used a family setup for two boys), helpful staff, and a location convenient to Ruga Kole Idromeno and the walking street scenes. Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.”

When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm. “The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”

The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). “Road trip with my son in Albania We stayed 2 nights. Perfect place to stay. Close enough from the center by car 6min, by walk about 15. Car parking closed. Very nice Lady great English spoken. Family business good to support. Would be great for groups of friends as there is a common area to cook and eat. I warmly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at El Greco. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. El Greco has an excellent restaurant, Eat Greek, with a new bar with a lovely terrace. Above all, I cannot say enough about the incredible owners and staff. They were so accommodating to us and our two small dogs. We highly recommend and will absolutely return.”
