“We were greeted upon arrival by courteous hotel personnel. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious with a gorgeous view, sustainable with complimentary water tumblers made from sugarcane. We stepped out for the Night Safari and when we got back, the blinds were drawn, lights dimmed and the scented candle was lit. Talk about taking the extra step! “If you don't want to over-spend and location is ok for you, and if you don't plan to spend too much time inside the hotel anyway, then this hotel is a good choice. Rooms are small but have all you need, and there are some 24-hours places to eat closeby. No breakfast served but there is a Mc-Donnalds a 10 minutes (nice) walk away. At €70/night some Singaporean friends of mine actually told me I overspent, but anyway I think it's worth it.”

“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services) Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”

“The shower was too hot or freezing. I asked to check it and solve the problem but nothing changed. Moreover, while waiting the room the stuff was unkind with us. The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.”
