Beautiful Amenities-Stunning Views,Spa,LRG Kitchen!

Villa di Gioia, has 4 bedrooms (6 bed accommodations), two kitchens, a gourmet formal kitchen and a butcher's kitchen, both stocked with kitchen essentials. A coffee bar is provided as well, with coffee, tea to ensure you have a delicious drink to watch the hot air balloons fly directly overhead, and at times land in the winery fields on the property!

There are seating areas throughout the home, to entertain people of all ages. Downstairs, we have a dining room that seats 8, an equidistantly decorated living room, with Sonos speakers throughout the home, and upstairs an outdoor sitting area with a fireplace. After a day of wine tasting, take a stroll to the backside of the home and enjoy the 8-person jacuzzi nestled just an arm’s reach away from the vineyards. In the evening, get competitive and head down to our game room, staged with a ping pong table, and play a round of foosball.

The Villa di Gioia is bound to leave you and your guests talking about your vacation to Temecula, for years to come. This 4-bedroom 3.5 bath has ample room to host all your friends and family. Each bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Hotel-style linens are also provided. The photos of this home, as spectacular as they are, don’t do justice with this stunning property.

-This home is on an active vineyard – workers may be present during your stay.
-The fireplaces indoors are for decor purposes only.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-This home has a strict 'No Events' policy, please do not inquire if we will approve an event
-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.

Like staying on Italian countryside

Pictures do not do this property justice. When we arrive I was in awe. It truly seemed like a European home. Everything was well stocked for our stay. Much time was spent on the back patios overlooking the vineway. Certainly wished we could have stayed longer.
I wasn’t sure we were in the right place. House is up on a hill just above a winery.

Gorgeous Home with Incredible Views and Great Service

We had a great stay at this beautiful property with absolutely stunning views. The house itself was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was super responsive when small issues came up. A few of the amenities (like towels and soaps) were pretty basic, and the water wasn’t working for the first 24 hours, but once resolved, everything was smooth. Would definitely rent again!

Stunning views!

The house and the grounds are absolutely stunning! It made it so hard to leave, and the communication with the hosts was always in a timely manner and they were very accommodating! The reviews about the ants are all true, there is a serious problem in the kitchen that needs to be attended to and it is darker than the photos make it seem. Overall we are very happy with our stay!

Lovely Old Home In Need Of Tender Loving Care

We had a great visit but we wouldn’t rent this property again. Here’s why: There were 6 of us all over 70 years old. The photos don’t show how very dark it is inside. The upstairs bedrooms are extremely small and mirrors in one bedroom/bath are unusable due to their placement. The bedsheets are too small to stay in place. The showers are spacious but the gaskets are coming loose and one shower door rubs on the tile and needs adjusting. Closets upstairs are too dark. If there is a fire, there is no escape from the upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen hot water takes a long time to warm enough to dissolve grease. Outdoor furniture was too dirty and dusty to use and the sun did not hit the outdoor sitting areas for long during our stay in mid January. The hot tub had not been maintained. There were sticks in the hot tub and grit in the bottom. We didn’t use it. One morning the grounds maintenance did show up with their blowers at 7:30 am to wake us all from bed. The kitchen faucets need tightening. The breakfast nook window does not close. The locks on some of the doors do not work. The master bathroom has a walk through shower and so the second downstairs bedroom could not share that bathroom for lack of privacy. So, there are our “squawks.” We found the home fairly clean. All that said Sunny Days Vacation Rentals were great; allowing us into the property ahead of time and extending our stay by a few hours. They were friendly and quick to respond.

Amazing Villa

This place is amazing. Such a great vibe in the house and fits right in with the vineyards and winery's all around the property. Easy to find and get in. It fit our needs perfectly. A few things to know, the hot water takes forever. A handyman for 1/2 day would be great fixing the small things that are broken all throughout the house. Hottub was dirty and cold--unable to use on our stay. This place is setup for entertaining and we would love to stay again even with the little issues we had.

Nice but needs some TLC

Stunning property overlooking vineyards. Unfortunately, the property could use some proper maintenance. A/c filters were very dirty, kitchen faucet loose/wobbly, toilet paper holder unsecured, knobs missing from drawers, window by dinette handle fell off, cobwebs in doorways, windows need washing. We had a nice stay here, very quiet and comfortable. A good spruce up would make it 5 stars.

Lovely home - needs a little work

This was our family vacation for the year. We were not able to get in at 4 pm as stated because the home was still being cleaned, so we had to wait outside until they finished. We were told the hot tub was cloudy and someone would be out to clean it but no one came out and we were never able to use the hot tub. The property manager was very communicative until we asked for compensation for the lack of being able to use the hot tub (this had been a search criteria). They agreed that we should be compensated but now we have no replies. It is important to note that the fourth bedroom does not have a restroom nearby. The home is very beautiful however there are some minor maintenance issues that need to be handled which should not be the case for the price charged per night.

Wedding at Europa Village

My son was getting married at Europa Village, so the location was perfect. We had friends from Florida staying with us and they were amazed by the property. Family came by to check it out and were also amazed. May be the place we go for anniversaries. Would like to visit again when I'm not so busy with the wedding to be able to take advantage of all this place has to offer.

Beautiful House, Many Maintenance Issues!

The house itself was beautiful and the location was great. There were just too many maintenance issues that should have not been there for such an expensive rental. The showers in ALL bathrooms were extremely horrible. It took close to five minutes just to get hot water and once you got the hot water it kept jumping between either too cold or too hot. The knobs did not work properly at all. There was also, couple of safety issues. One of the master bedroom door would not lock making it very hard to feel safe in the house. The window in the breakfast nook would not shut close letting the cold air inside making it hard to control the temperature in the house. The house had very poor lighting in all rooms. You would not be able to put on your make up in that setting. Also, for football lover you could not watch any games as the local channel were very limited.

Feels like Italy...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Di Gioia...we felt like we had been transported back to Tuscany! The vineyards surrounding the home were so beautiful and the home itself was stunning! We ate breakfast out on one of the outside areas every morning and had beautiful views of the hot air balloons floating right by the house. The proximity to both Old Town and all the wineries was very convenient. We will definitely be back with friends and family in the future! The Barefoot team was very friendly and easy to contact throughout the whole process...thanks again for hosting us!

Pre-wedding stay

We booked this property for our rehearsal dinner & night of wedding. Jessica was great and was always available! The check in process was easy and the location was phenomenal!! We would stay here again for a weekend away or for another event!
