Se siete alla ricerca di un luogo perfetto per una famiglia numerosa ...... hai trovato !! Bella casa mediterranea trova in una comunità privata recintata su 5 acri e pochi minuti da oltre 40 offerte cantine Temecula.
Entrando a casa vi sentirete un senso di apertura con alti 16 'soffitti nel foyer e Great room. Grande camera vi porterà alla sala da pranzo e una zona bar che si trova accanto a un grande chef delizia cucina. Caratteristiche della cucina; Ripiani in marmo, 6 fuochi vichingo piano cottura, 2- frigoriferi, lavastoviglie, refrigeratori vino 2-digitali e di un bar salotto con vista patio e piscina zona. Accanto alla cucina si ha la sala biliardo e la camera familiare con un "tv 65.

Le camere sono situate su due ali separate della casa. Ala destra si ha la camera da letto Gran Maestro con letto king size, 65 "tv, caminetto, bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio e grande sauna / doccia. Accanto alla camera matrimoniale è la stanza bonus con un letto matrimoniale (ingresso indipendente). Ala sinistra della casa si ha; Suite # 2 con letto matrimoniale, 55 "tv e bagno completo, della porta accanto è la suite # 3 con letto matrimoniale e bagno completo, attraverso è Suite # 4 con letto matrimoniale bagno completo con cabina doccia, attraverso la lavanderia accanto a un tavolo da biliardo stanza avete suite # 5 con letto matrimoniale, bagno e ingresso indipendente dalla zona della piscina. Suite # 6 è una camera indipendente (vedi foto) con letto matrimoniale, bagno completo con cabina doccia e 35 "tv.

Splendida area esterna divertente con piscina di acqua di roccia caduta, vasca idromassaggio, zona barbecue, ampio patio con un sacco di mobili fuori porta per un grande gruppo per rilassarsi. Il tuo Perfect Getaway aspetta !!

Ideal house for groups

Perfect for our group of 7 adults as we each had our own bedroom but you certainly could have more and still feel comfortable. Two shared the huge master bath but all of the other bedrooms had their own bath. Spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators plus 2 wine refrigerators. A huge yard with amenities and far enough away from neighboring houses so peacefully quiet, yet close enough to wineries and old town. Beautiful view. Thanks for friendly, early, and informative check-in Mike.

Beautiful house and great for larger groups

The house was beautiful. Common areas are large and plenty of TV areas. The kitchen was perfect for 4 people to work in. And we loved the extra refirgerator. There is an outdoor bedroom which was quiet. One of the bedrooms did not have a bathroom connected or a closet so know that. We rented the extra casita which has some appliances. There are some things that need to be fixed and management said they were working on it. The area is quiet and filled with larger homes and ranches. We enjoyed morning walks here. Its about a 20-25m drive to restaurants that are not wineries and grocery stores. Management was always available to us which was a huge plus.

Temecula Trip

The property manager was absolutely a delight to deal with. He really tried to accommodate us but there were several issues with the property. 1) The microwave didn't work. The manager brought one the next day. 2) The coffee maker wasn't working. The property manager brought one the next day. 3) The smoke alarm in the master bedroom was beeping and indicated that need the battery changed. My friends who were staying in the master bedroom could not get a complete night of sleep. We did enjoy our stay overall. The area is fantastic.

Incredible house for a big group

This is one beautiful house! Space for everyone and everyone gets their own bathroom. The casita is a great extra. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, serving platters, everything you need to host a large party. 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators plus a drink fridge. We've stayed here twice and are making it an annual thing, even considering it for twice a year. Perfect place to get the whole family together. A+++

Great big house

The house was a good size for our family size of 11. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was nice. The kitchen, great room, outdoors all very enjoyable. Also, a nice place to view the sunset and to see the balloons in the mornings. However, there were more than a few things missing or broken throughout the house, such as not enough silverware in the kitchen, no tubber ware. The kitchen was dirty. Baking dishes, roasting pans were dirty. Gas stove did not light properly. The oven was filthy from a previous spill. The dishwasher did not work property. Dishes were dirty after using it. There could have been more towels in the kitchen. Plus, hot water was a problem in kitchen and showers. Either low pressure or lack of hot water in general. Paint was peeling in one of the bedrooms along with a cracked window. In general, the house did not look very cared for.

Great for larger families!

Overall, the property was amazing and the family had a great time. Excellent "personal" checkin service. Home met our needs, but there needs to be a little repair work done. Stove top - not all burners work, but we made do. A/C in dining room ran all the time, even though we thought we turned it off. Got cold in the evenings, even for those that liked it cold (could save some money here). Hot water in the shower in main bedroom rarely happened (once in our 5-day stay we had hot water). Pool is amazing. Lots of sun and shade in the backyard and comfortable chaise lounges. The house was big enough to keep everyone happy and enjoying their time. Will we return - very likely!

California family reunion

This home was perfect for 15 family members who came from all over the country for a family reunion. The kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces allowed enough room that we never felt crowded. There was also plenty of seating between the kitchen table, bar stools, and smaller bar top table for us to enjoy family meals. Being single story made it easy to navigate for both the toddler and the great grand parents. The early morning, hot air balloons out the front were definitely a treat to see! We would 100% stay again! Thank you for a great stay, core memories were made!

Nice big place for family

House was large enough to fit 14 of us with room to spare. Loved having our own bathrooms in each room. Kitchen had all the cookware we needed. Hosts John and Mike were prompt with any communication we had.

Annual Trip to Temecula

Overall, the property was great. The house was very large and clean. The only reason that I am not giving a 5 start is because the house part of an association (multiple houses in a gated community). We were under the impresion that it is a huge house on a few acres with enough distance from neighbors like other properties. We had some music IN THE HOUSE, but recevied a warning form managment that noice sencsors were activated and neightbours MIGHT

Perfect getaway for your large group

The house was amazing and had everything we needed for our group of 14 adults. Everything was clean, the pool and hot tub were put to good use, and you should plan to rise early at least one morning and relax with a cup of coffee watching the hot air balloons in the distance.

Long-time Friends

We are a group of 15 women who went to high school together in in the 60s. A couple of us have known each other since kindergarten. We try to get together every couple of years. This year only 13 could make it. We spent a wonderful week in this very private setting. We had lots of space to visit. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was labeled. Having so many bathrooms was really a plus. We really enjoyed the pool area.

Large house in wine country

This is probably the nicest house we’ve stayed at yet. 8BR (if you get the additional suite) all but one with their own bathroom. The kitchen is huge. There is everything u could want from a home (pool with waterfall, hottub, pool table, beautiful views, esp in the morning when the hot air balloons are out. Not far (2-3 miles) from numerous wineries. More great restaurants than anyone could go to in a month.

Amazing house for a large group!

We had 6 adult couples at the house and had the best time! The bedrooms and bathrooms are an ideal layout and everyone had plenty of room! Beds are also very comfy, and the pillows were high quality. The kitchen is spacious, there are lots of seating areas, and the outdoor space is large. We had a lot of fun using the pool, hot tub and grill. The host made it super easy to use and heat the hot tub whenever we wanted which was ideal. There were a few small things like no working ice makers and a subpar dishwasher, but it definitely didn’t hinder our great stay. We would all stay again if we end up back in Temecula!

Loved the space. We thought the home itself was run down.

We were upset with the cleanliness of the dishes. The appliances were worn out the microwave barely worked and we needed to buy ice because because the ice in the refrigerators did not work. We were unhappy with the cleanliness of the patio. The toy boxes and general games were filthy. We experienced a mouse or rat dead in the pool. We feel for the price more standard products should have been included.

Temecula House on the Hill

The house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen had plenty of room and was a wonderful place to gather. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and all the beds we’re comfortable and clean The hot tub and outdoor area was a bonus, along with seeing all the hot air balloons every morning!
