Questa bella casa dispone di arredi di alto livello che vanno dal pavimento in travertino ai molteplici balconi che si affacciano su viste mozzafiato di questa pittoresca zona.

Iniziate la giornata gustando una tazza di caffè Keurig sul grande tavolo da pranzo all'aperto mentre ammirate il frutteto situato vicino alla casa. Lo spazio esterno è fantastico per intrattenere, dotato di più sedie a sdraio, una zona salotto che circonda un camino e un putting green.

Prepara le tue ricette preferite nella cucina completamente attrezzata al piano principale, che offre elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile incontaminati, ripiani in granito, mobili in legno e un vassoio riscaldante perfetto per la preparazione dei pasti! Mescolatevi un cocktail al bar umido dietro l'angolo della cucina e gustatelo sul balcone del secondo piano.

Dopo un tour in cantina, continua i festeggiamenti all'interno della "Sala degli Ottoni", un edificio separato situato sul lato di questa tenuta. I booked this for a “Girls Trip” to wine country while our husbands played golf in Utah. The house was exactly as pictured, very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of towels, extra blankets and pillows, and a well stocked kitchen. Flowers were blooming everywhere, and the Star Jasmine wrapped around the patio support beams smelled so good. The setting is very private and peaceful, we watched hot air balloons rising in the distance every morning, and listened to the neighborhood rooster greeting the day while we drank our coffee. The Brass Barn is a great place for a party, we had pre dinner cocktails at the bar our first night there. The house is close to many great wineries, and we visited a few of them for wine tastings and dinners. The only negatives I can mention is that several lightbulbs were burned out in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms, no replacements to be found, broken lamp switch, shower handle broken in one of the bathrooms, cracked window in a bedroom, and the garage remotes didn’t work, probably dead batteries. The radio connected to the sound system didn’t work either, but not as important. We only found one hairdryer and it was stuck on low, so bring your own!! The lack of adequate lighting in some of the upstairs rooms was the biggest issue, we shouldn’t have to spend our vacation time trying to find lightbulbs and batteries. Either the cleaning crew or someone, maybe the house contact, should be keeping up with things like that.

THIS HOME HAS AMAZING VIEWS!!! We enjoyed our weekend stay in this home. It was perfect for our college age kids with all the games that the house offers..Pool table, mini golf, ping pong, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every evening enjoying the sunset and hot air balloons in the mornings. Host offers plenty of refrigeration for your food and drinks, Beds were comfy and AC worked great!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Not only that the landscaping is perfect...Before I booked I read the reviews, there were very few negative ones but I remember thinking when I first got there...those people are crazy! You really couldn't expect anything better! Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The house and property are extremely impressive! The view and location are the best in the area! The owners were easily reachable and responded quickly to our texts. Unfortunately though, there were a few things that didn't match up. We specifically picked this property because of the Brass Bar Barn. It was a bit of a disappointment... the floors were scratched up, the appliances were out of order, it didn't have as much seating as the pictures showed, it had a musty smell to it, and it didn't have a TV when there were cords sticking out of the wall where one was clearly supposed to be... so we didn't end up using the space to hang out like we had hoped. Luckily, the inside of the main house was even more impressive than the pictures showed, so we enjoyed spending our time in there. We also had an issue with the Wifi and were never able to work because the passwords left for us didn't match up on any of our devices. There were several small maintenance issues like the smoke detector batteries being out (which the owner fixed when we let them know), blinds not working properly, water temperatures being labeled backwards in bathroom showers, and door handles being loose. Overall, I would still recommend this property because of the view and grandeur of the house... but go in realizing, it doesn't seem closely maintained.

Accurate listing, phenomenal communication, clean home and beautifully landscaped property, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, perfect for our staycation weekend. Location is in wine country, quiet and tranquil at night. Make sure you catch a sunrise over the valley of vineyards, and enjoy the hot air balloons rising. 100% recommend and will return someday.

My stay at this property was amazing. Let me start from the beginning. Two weeks before my scheduled arrival I contacted the property manager to ask them if I could check in a few hours early. With out hesitation they replied with a yes. Right after that I receive an email with my check in instructions providing me with the gate code and the lock box code for the key. Upon arriving to the property I followed my instructions and was in the house in less than two minutes. That is why the title of my review is effortless. Checking into a hotel takes longer then that. The house was beautiful. The pictures provided on the website were spot on. The view are amazing as well. In the morning we watched hot air balloons take off in the horizon. Check out was just as easy. We had to follow the instructions provided, throw trash away, lock all doors, and shut off all lights then drive off. If I’m ever in Temecula again this will be the place I stay.

The property is stunning and the views are amazing with balloons flying every morning, and the grounds are kept up superbly! The furnishings are different from the photos,( not as elaborate) but it was all tasteful and the beds and couches were comfortable, and bathrooms beautiful.....however.... We, 8 women over 50, would have given a five star review had all the amenities and basic items were checked before our arrival. 2 main appliances were not functioning and the beautiful outdoor fireplace we were excited to use in the evenings but was not working either. Also one bedroom sliding screen door to the balcony was not working, and lastly the mini golf course needs attention. The reason we mention these things is because for as beautiful a place this is, and how is was listed with all these great amenities, it deserves more attention to the details for the next guests coming in. A check list of basic items (i.e.: wine openers...there were none) and maybe even stocking the Keurig with some coffee pods (empty) would be a nice touch and perhaps a baking sheet pan? For as wonderful a home it is, these details would have made all the difference in the world for us. But mainly checking that the functionality of ALL appliances mentioned in the listing would avoid phone calls to the manager. We still would recommend staying here. But perhaps a phone call to the property manager prior to visit to make sure everthing works would avoid any surprises.

The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with very nicely landscaped grounds surrounding it. The view from the living room, family room and balcony is wonderful. We really liked watching hot air balloons flying by early in the morning from the large balcony. The adjacent barn with the pool table provides a fun area for entertainment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property, and wish that we could have stayed longer. The owner is very nice and very responsive to our text messages. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights when our daughter got married this past weekend. The house and grounds are so amazing. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy time together, visit with family and friends, feed everyone and sleep comfortably. The view is amazing and the sunsets even better! Plenty of parking was an added plus when all the bridal party needed to park before a wine tasting trip. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect property to celebrate this special occasion in!

Residence is beautiful. Working with Evolve was okay. CONS: No one other than the 10 guests staying at the house are welcome on the property. I invited my family over for lunch the day after our wedding and they classified it as a party and threatened to call police if we did not leave the premise within 30 minutes. We had no music, unruliness, or disturbance of any kind. Evolve worked it out for me, but I was charged an additional fee (~6.5 times the rate of one weekend) for having lunch with my family. Not worth the stress on your wedding weekend, there are plenty of other beautiful houses that look to be more accommodating. The residence wasn’t always private, random cars came in and out of the residence at different hours without any notice from the property owners. Primary and secondary contact were unresponsive via email. Primary contact never answers phone. We left messages and they got back to me in 3-4 hours, which isn’t ideal if there was an emergency. Remaining payments are out of band from VRBO through Evolve. Remaining communication is out of band from VRBO through Evolve. The house is complex and there is no information book on how and where to access everything. Overall, we enjoyed the residence, it met our needs for the weekend. It was nice to see the hot air balloons from the patio. But I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the stress it put on my grandparents, parents and nephews. If I recommended this place to a friend, I would lose that friend.
