The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stunning Guanacaste wood island. It includes a 5-burner cooktop and a breakfast bar that seats six, perfect for casual meals and gatherings.



The living area features a comfortable couch and loveseat, positioned to offer views of the beautiful garden and pool. This inviting space provides a serene setting for relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty.



Two comfortable bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. Each room features a new queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and a shared bathroom.



On the second floor, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The upper floor features a spacious lounge area, complete with a desk for remote work and cozy seating arrangements. This versatile space offers both comfort and functionality, perfect for relaxation or productivity.
