“This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again.”

“We had a good experience from checkin to departure. The staff were friendly and very helpful but didn't hover over us. Our spacious room, the restaurant and the facilities in general are well maintained, pleasantly decorated and clean. Hot water for a shower was plentiful. “We stayed 9 nights at Orchid Home. Orchid Home B&B is quietly located on short distance by bigger road. About 7 minutes walk from Orchid is a taxi stand and from there you can reach all places in Kathmandu. Every morning enjoy of a wonderful breakfast of eggs, freshly baked pastries and fruit.
