I had to request new sheets but they looked the same. The bed runner and decor cushions were absolutely filthy. I took them off the bed immediately and didn't sleep well at all as even with a change of sheets the bed didn't feel clean. The bath mat was gray with filth. “Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). “We loved the beautiful view from the balcony and poolside. The pool was great as well. The facilities were tastefully designed and room simple yet comfortable. The food was delicious. The property could use some minor renovation, but overall it did not bother us. We recommend getting a lock for the bags since there is no safe in the room for the valuables. ”
