“Overall experience was not bad at all. But front staff including some of their management didn’t know about the Expedia booking but they are available booking through Expedia. They make me wait there for 10 min without any reason just because of the expedia. ”

“The room was adequate, there was only warmish water, not hot, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The Nepali food in the restaurant was good and it is a pleasant setting. Wifi worked well.The location was very convenient to walk to Devghat and buses westward. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel”

“Property looks very good. Very basic room and it was suffocating as the room had some smell. Maybe it was a very basic room as we saw there were other good rooms too. Ours was a very bad one and was a very bad experience.”
