“The air conditioning works, the hot water is available, and there's soap, but it's incredibly dirty. It hasn't been cleaned, and there's a lot of mold. The sheets and pillows haven't been changed for a long time. My body itched, and I couldn't sleep well. It would be a good hotel if it were cleaner.”

“Bedsheets and pillows had black mold. They did change the seets and pillows after I complained, but it still had black dirt...don't know whether it was bed bugs or something else. Secondly, our room smelled like sewage. Doors, windows were closed and I turned on exhaust in washroom but still terrible terrible smell. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”
