“The place is so nice and all the staffs are friendly and wonderful ”

“Great view on Batur Lake. Good clean rooms in silent place. Normal breakfasts but still simple. The parking place is a little bit outside and need to go on staircases quiet long. Better not to go on big bike till the end (Nmax) because it's really hard to turn back and need to go with reverse way on breaks for long time). ”

“The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit.”

“It was a very nice stay. Simple arrangement yet comfortable (especially big comfy bed). Possible to get good food, order taxis, organise a trek to Batur volcano, hot springs. Basically right at the starting point for the trek to Batur. Nice people too!”

“Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir nett empfangen und uns wurde zwar nicht für den Ankunftstag aber zumindest für den nächsten ein Roller zugesichert über eine Agency. Das war soweit auch in Ordnung, weil uns eine Mitarbeiterin im (zu Fuß weit entfernten) Ort absetzte. Wo wir ebenfalls vergeblich eine Möglichkeit zur Fortbewegung suchten. Am nächsten Morgen suchten wir zunächst vergeblich eine Person an der angeblich 24-Stunden besetzten...

“La idea es buena, una cabaña rodeada de aguas termales frente a un lago. Pero no tuvimos suerte con el tiempo e influyó bastante en nuestra estancia. Llovia, hacia viento y frio. La cabaña no tenia calefaccion/AC y el agua de la ducha salia con poca presion y no del todo caliente por lo que pasé mucho frio. "La struttura ha moltissimi difetti per un 5 stelle, nonostante sia molto bella e con un personale ottimo e disponibile. Entra luce al mattino presto dalle tende veneziane nella stanza superiore, di contro scarsissima illuminazione la sera (non si vede quasi nulla e non c’è neppure una luce per leggere un libro), sempre dal mattino presto l’housekeeping inizia a suonare i campanelli all’esterno delle ville per rifare le stanze (svegliando tutti), quasi impossibile trovare posto nella SPA in alta stagione (e questo pesa molto perché per trovarne un’altra occorre fare 40 minuti di macchina per andare a Ubud), non c’è palestra, scarsa privacy in quanto nella piscina possono accedere tutti davanti alle ville, colazione solo a’ la carte. Invece di essere rilassante come dovrebbe essere a Ubud, finisce per essere un posto dove non ci si rilassa ne’ si riesce a dormire. Abbiamo segnalato che non siamo riusciti a dormire per la luce e lo scampanellio continuo e in risposta ci hanno offerto due colazioni: ridicolo considerato il disagio e che il nostro soggiorno è stato di sei giorni, spendendo diverse migliaia di euro. Peccato perché potrebbe essere un posto meraviglioso e pieno di pace. "
